#2 the morning after (some smut?)

i woke up to the sun in my eyes and the birds chirping. It feels strange considering i usually wake up to the moans and groans of Z's right outside the door. This morning everything feels fine. Everything feels normal. It doesn't even feel like the whole world is ending right outside. I had a cute, dark haired boy laying right next to me in bed and a roof over my head this morning. Sometimes we would have to sleep in trees or in cars, but we got lucky with finding a nice 3 story house to sleep in that night. The house wasn't the only thing we got lucky with though..

The house had 3 stories but only had 5 rooms. Vasquez and Warren shared one, Addy, Murphy and Doc each got their own and that left one room that 10k and I had to share, and we weren't complaining. For about 3 weeks we had been secretly hooking up. Sometimes while the others went out looking for food, or sent us out to get food and we would take extra long because we "ran into a bunch of Z's".

We were always super careful to keep it on the down low, but I knew our little secret was blown when 10k and I walked out of the room that morning and all eyes were on us.

"Sleep well you two?" Doc chuckled out, winking at 10k

"Uhh-yeah! Yeah we did" I nervously blurt out "I passed out as soon as I hit the sheets!"

"Oh is that so" Addy questioned "we all couldn't sleep for a while, I think there were some Z's outside the door all night because we kept hearing.... Moans or something?"

Oh shit.... They didn't really hear us did they? I'm usually so good at keeping quiet.

"Y-yeah.. Y/n and I heard that too. It kept us both up for a while" 10k said, trying to cover up the fact that we totally had sex last night.

"But y/n just said that she fell asleep as soon as she hit the sheets" Warren chimed in.

"We all know you guys got it on last night" Murphy laughed out from across the room. Everyone started giggling when I shot Murphy the "shut the fuck up or I'm gonna kill you" look, knowing that, in fact, 10k and I had done it.

"Yeah Tommy right there!" Murphy yelled out, mimicking my words from the night before.

"I'm going to kill you someday, Murphy, you know that right?"

"Y/n he's just jealous because he's not getting any like we are" 10k burst out with confidence. I shot him a glare but he had the proudest look on his face I couldn't help but break down into a fit of laughter like the rest.

"Ok guys we've had enough fun for now, let's pack up and be in the road by noon" Warren said. Everyone scrambled to their rooms to get their things and pack up. I walked back to my room and started throwing random items into my backpack, 10k walked in with a smirk on his face.

"Well that was-"

"Embarrassing" I cut him off.

"Yeah you could say that" he chuckled out, giving me a nudge on the shoulder "at least we don't have to hide that fact that we're together anymore"

"Yeah, you're right, it was getting really difficult to not be all over you all of the time"

"I'm just so irresistible, babe" he said with a huge grin on his face.

"Yeah yeah whatever"
