I fidget with my bag as the glares of the two men pierce me though me like needles. One's icy, the other twisted. Which one I fear more, is a question that I have yet to answer. My eyes graciously scan the area for a quick way out. Does he know what I am? My eyebrows furrow slightly as I shift my weight. Literal worse case scenario.

"Um, not to be rude gentlemen, but I do believe I'm quite busy tonight... Good day" I throw my eyes to the ground as they listen to my shaky excuse. I politely try to move forward but am halted by the clearing of Alois's throat. It makes my gaze glide upward hesitantly.

"Mi'lady I do believe it would be my master's honor for you to join us for some afternoon tea."

He pushes up his glasses and looks at me with such intent. He must be the demon. I know it. My once pale face, is now brisked with a rose color. At the same time, both Claude's and my nose scrunch up. This can't be happening today. God bloody dammit. I cast my red eyes upward. Perfect, just perfect.

"Michaelis" He spits out with more venom than a snake.

"W-who?" I ask.
"Didn't think I'd run into you here, Michaelis." Claude straightens slightly and turns to a sight I wish I didn't see.

"Same to you, Faustus." Two demons now. Two! He gives the similar butler a closed eyed smile. Walking behind Sebastian is the other master. I don't quite know his name.

"Claude what is Phantomhive doing here?" Alois says with disgust.

I bite my lip tightly and try to squeeze out of here. First one demon, now two? The master to Sebastian looks at me emotionlessly but quickly throws his glance towards the rival duo. His one visible eye was a simmering navy color. A lot of hurt must have tinted his past.

"Trancy, I see you and your- he eyes Claude in disapproval - butler are still alive."

"Shut it Pirate!" The blonde sneers with hate.
Was I missing something here? I sway back in forth in discomfort of this whole situation
"Please refrain from calling my master a Pirate."

Sebastian takes a step forward causing a chain reaction of steps. First Sebastian, than Claude. What confused me the most is why demons would play as butlers.. Such a boring tamed life. I wouldn't dare live my short life in such a dreadful way.

Seeing that the four men were distracted, I decided to take my leave.
I quietly walk into the alley way closest to my previous location and then sprint down it. God is London swimming with demons? The clicks of my shoes echo down the dark passage as if I was in a horror story. Im being chased by the sounds of my own frantic steps. Down one way, left, up, down this alley, cross this road, into that alley.

By now I'm tired and cold. My body wills itself down the aging brick wall probably tearing a few holes in my Crimson coat. So much strain is on each and everyone of my muscles. I'm not used to this all.
My eyes brim with tears. I'm scared and I want to go home! I miss my brother and I even miss my stuffy bedroom that I almost never leave. They were right, this world isn't meant to know I'm alive. Would it have better if they killed me as an infant? I shake my head causing my red hair to sprawl over my moist face. I just want to scream until my throat is sopping wet with blood. I would, but no, there has to be demons who can hear it.  I grind my teeth together causing my vessels to tighten majorly.

The sun has set and the streets are now glowing with street lamps. Couples walk hand and hand down the street looking at all the colorful window displays. All day I haven't seen any signs of the demons or their bratty masters. ...No sign of my brother either....
At the thought of my brother, my chest tightens.
"Fuck.." I wipe my eyes with my coat sleeve. I'm a mess today.
Walking along the paved roads, I come to a window that says "Funtom Toys."  Being as bored and tired as I am, I decide to go check out the play store.
Ding.. Dong.. Ding.. Dong..
The noisy bells clank against each other and alert the person who's working the counter that another anxious customer is here to scout out the place. My glassy eyes take in all sorts of toys. Many Jack-In-The-Boxes were placed on the top self  along with wooden boats and trains. The detailing on one of the ships is incredible. The hand carved swirls come plummeting down the bow of the vessel give it a much more expensive look. At the counter were sugary treats that kids would beg their mothers and fathers to by. Chocolate, sweet milk, and strawberry were the offered flavors.
Ding.. Dong.. Ding.. Dong..
"Ah.. Good evening Sir Michaelis, what brings you here this evening?" The man's voice comes out labored and raspy as if he'd smoked for years.

My eyes peel open and my nose tingles at the intruding sent. I crouch down behind the shelf holding the stuffed bears.
"Good evening Walter,"
"The young master has sent me to check today's profit.." Sebastian hesitates for a few moments.
"Walter I'll close up for the evening.. Job well done." Sebastian gives the haggard man a satisfying nod as the man tips his head in appreciation.
The man shuffles across the slightly worn floor, and regardless of my silent cries, we shuffles right out the door, combover, belly, and all. So many questions are sprouting in my head. The main one is how am I going to get out of his one?!
