Promises//Sequel to The Webbs' House

Chapters 1-3

Chapter 1:

    I ran into an abandoned cabin, not caring if there were animals or other people in there. I set my bag down, I sat on the couch and just thought, WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?! I'M NOW ALONE IN THE WOODS AND I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH LUKE BUT WRITING LETTERS! HOW AM I GOING TO GO BACK TO GREENDALE?! HOW WILL I GET HIM OUT?! These were now questions that were boggling my mind. I just sat there, thinking about what I've done, when I heard a knock at the door, "Mail!" a male voice called fro the outside of the door. I let out a small gasp and I hid behind the couch in the corner. I waited for a couple seconds, the man left but put an envelope under the door and slid it inside. I waited for a couple seconds until he was gone and away from the cabin. I slowly crept to the door, and I grabbed the envelope from the floor, I then sat onto the couch and I looked at it. It had this address, 316 Conner Rd, Greendale, Wisconsin. I opened the envelope, it was a letter, I read it:

  

   Dear Alice, I got your letter, I am so glad you're alive, but I don't know how you will get into the Asylum. I will make a plan, I will send someone over to get you, they will give you instructions on  how to get into the asylum, they will tell you to change your look and get a new ID and make you a citizen, I will tell Sarah about this plan. Now, there are guards EVERYWHERE! And they're looking for you, they didn't look into the woods, but they at least got lost into a different pathway. I told you that I see things no one else sees, what I didn't tell you was that I too was killed by the Webbs, me and my friend Anna were killed trick or treating, they invited us in their house, they gave us candy, we slept om the couch, then it started. A cave of madness, horror, death, and insanity! Anna was killed and so was I, but I then woke up at Greendale, just like you, I didn't want to tell you this because I felt bad, I thought you would call me a liar. I  don't want to go back to the horror, I too was sent to the Punishment Room, I was caught stealing a knife. I then saw them in the room, Mr. and Mrs. Webb, killing me, chopping me open, grabbing my heart and drinking my blood. I understand the horror, but that nightmarish room was all a dream too, I am living your nightmare too, and together we both can end it. Don't give up hope.

     He's coming back! He's helping me help him escape!! I was so happy! I smiled and blushed while I read the signature, "I Love You." he said. I looked out the window to check if anyone was there, nope. I then opened my bag and grabbed some food, I haven't eaten for hours, I was starving! I opened a ham and cheese wrap and I grabbed a bottle of Gatorade. I was so busy thinking about Luke that I didn't realize that my mother was probably going insane herself wondering what happened to me, where I am? If I'm even alive? I wonder what my father was doing, my father! A low-life workaholic dead beat. He's never had time for me, he was always working and always at the computer, typing and not looking up from his desk. Damn, I hate him! He probably wanted me dead, he probably wanted me in that asylum, in a lonely room with other psychos. I wish he would die! But, what is my mother really doing?
