Safe Return

"Open the doors!!! They're back", you could hear a rebel soldier shout. You grabbed Leia's hand and quickly dragged her over to the door with you. Han approached the two of you," Ya miss me!?". "MOVE!!" You said pushing him out of the way. "Geez, (Y/N)..." He said. Leia laughed at the two of you. He turned toward her," hopefully at least you missed me??..." He questioned. "Maybe I was a bit concerned ..." , she mumbled. You ran over to Luke, who was being carried to the medical wing. He was so cold he had begun to turn slightly purple. "Is he going to be okay!?", you asked the medical technician. "Yes, he will be okay. We need to run to few tests, just to make sure his vitals are okay, but you should be able to come see him in an hour or two." "Thank you..." , you almost whispered.  You watched as they carried him away to the medical wing. You ran up to Han and hugged him, " thank you! Who knows what would have happened to him if you hadn't gone out there searching for him." "Don't mention it sister! " , he laughed. "Sorry about that earlier .... I was just worried about him...", you said. "It's okay, I figured."

~two hours later~ (imagine the spongebob narrator voice  XD)

"Luke ....", you mumbled, walking over to where he was laying in the medical wing. He opened his eyes and looked up at you, "Hey you...", he said smiling. "How are you feeling?" , you asked. "Like I can't get warm... And this bed isn't all that great either." He said sitting up.  "Let me go ask if they will let you leave, then you can go somewhere a little more comfortable.", you laughed at his answer. You left the room , and returned a few moments later. "They said as long as your feeling alright, you are good to go." "Yessss..." He laughed getting up off of the bed.  You hugged him suddenly, his face turned a faint shade of pink. "I'm so glad you are here...", you whispered only loud enough for him to hear. He hugged you back, "Me too...." He said slowly letting go. "I've ... Got ... To .. Er ..um go talk to Leia about that thing..." He said nervously. "What thing ??" You questioned. "The uhh important one..." , he said as he turned around quickly and whacked right into the wall behind him. You laughed at him,"there's a wall there silly, aren't you Jedi supposed to be great at sensing things " "oops ....", he laughed embarrassed and turned quickly to leave.  "see you later ... (Y/N)..." "See ya..." , you smiled at him.

Luke's POV

"Y/N...", he thought. His heart was racing, you always had that effect on him. You two and grown pretty close, best friends in fact. "I know as a Jedi... I'm not supposed to have attachments ... But I can't get her off of mind. Why does this training have to be so hard..." Said to himself , frustrated. "You probably don't even feel that way about me anyways .." He thought .  "I'll always return safe  to you... (Y/N)... "
