Mom's POV:
"Hi I'm Dr.Ash, Caleb's heart is not beating he sadly passed away of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy I'm sorry." When I heard that my heart broke, all of our hearts broke. "Caleb is g-gone?" "Yes I'm truly sorry." "Can we see him?" "Of course." We go into his room he is laying there sleeping forever. Annie, Katie, Hayley, and Billy are crying. I tell Caleb "Hey,bubs I hope you have a great day in heaven and I hope you are hanging out with, David. Love you, Caleb Forever loved Baked Potato." The rest of us say goodbye and leave the hospital. Today has been a very, very sad and emotional day, but at lest he is in a better place and happy.
