6 YEARS OF NOTHING

CHAPTER 15

Kiesha pov:
I was just getting out of the shower when I heard my phone go off cuz I had a text message.I dried off and went to see who it was.I was hoping it would be damon.But instead of it being damon it was an unknown number and the text message read Guess who kiesha.I got a little scared because I didnt know who this person was but they knew who I was.So I wouldnt be paranoid all day I brushed it off and wrote back Who is this? I went to the kitchen to make some breakfast. Once I was finished I called kari and miya to come eat.

"So karli what you want to do for your birthday? Kiesha asked with a smile on her face. "Ion lnow yet momma,but I do want it to be big so all my freinds can come" karli said happily."Okay karli I'ma throw a big birthday party in the backyard and its gonna be fun."BZZZ" my phone rang because I got another message.The text read Guess who,I wrote back, Whoever this is nedd to stop playin on my phone cuz im not in the mood. A few moments later I got another text that read, I see u forgot about me guess im gonna have to pay u a visit😙.

Right when I read the last word "visit" my phone rang. It was an unknown number, I was very scared and didnt want to answer it. But I wanted to know who it was. I picked up the phone and hesitantly said, "hello". My heart dropped out of my chest when I heard who it was."What do you want ty",I said with fear in my voice. I got up to go in my room so the kids wouldn't hear.

Ty pov:
"Don't you hang up on me Kiesha,I just want to talk to you about something". "We have nothing to talk about ty",as she went to hang up the phone he yelled ,DONT HANG UP ON ME KIESHA!!!. But it was too late,she had already did. I was furious she wouldnt even listen to me,but i had a plan and she was gonna hear every thing i had to say.

Kiesha pov:
Soon as I hung up the phone I called damon to let him know what just happened cuz i was scared. He told me it was gone be alright and he'll be home after he gets done from work and doing a few errands. Me and the kids went to the park playing.I was sitting on the bench reading a magazine when I heard karli yell out,"YES HE IS!. I looked up and saw her crying and i asked them what was going on and miya asked me,"is daddy coming to live with us". "No",i said,where did you get that from". And she said we heard you talking to him on the phone earlier. I didnt know what to tell her.It was getting dark so we started heading home.

I made dinner and fixed damon a plate and put it in the fridge. I tucked miya and karli in and headed to bed. I don't know what it was but something was keeping me up I just couldn't fall asleep. Lokking at the clock it read 2:48,I turned to find damon still not home. I was getting worried,I started to hear voices coming from karli's room. Slowwly and carefully I got up moving towards her bedroom to hear. Iwas right by her door but my next step made the floor creak and the voices stopped. Quickly,I opened the door and cut on the light to find a guilty looking karli sitting under her covers.

I asked,"who were you talking to karli",and she said no one bit i knew i hsd heard some one elses voice and i knew she was lying. I moved closer to her and she said momma im tired so can you please cut off the light. I felt Iwas going crazy so i told her sorry and left back to my room. I eventually went to sleep the rest of the night. I got up in morning furious when i had seen damon didnt come home ladt night. So i texted his phone where are and as I was texting him the door started to turn. It was damon coming into the house,andwhere have you been,i yelled soon as he locked the door.

DAMON POV:
"Why are you yelling kiesha",he said holding his head like it hurts him. She was mad at me cuz i didnt come home last night but she woldnt listen to me."Kiesha if you just sit down ill explain everything to you ok",i said calmly." No damon I want an answer now ok!!!. "Ok kiesha arohnd 8:00 i went out for drinks with the boys and I got too drunk to drive,so i stayed at they house till morning". "I don't believe you damon,you could've called or texted me but you didnt do nothing damon". She was over reacting so i tried to calm her down but she just pushed me away from her. "Kiesha it looks like you need some time alone to cool down so ima just leave for a little while k",i said before wlaking out the door.

When i got home around 2:00pm I was met with all my close in suit cases on the porch. I went to go unlock the doors but she had changed the locks. I beatd on the door and yelled multiple times for her to let me in but she wouldn't. I sat out side for an hour no answer or nothing so i went on and left. I went to get a hotel until I was sure she had calmed down.

KIESHA POV:
Later that night I wss getting into my bed when I heard foot steps coming down the hall.I had just put miya and karli in the bed and wss wondering why they were up. I yelled out into the hallway "go to bed now",and the foot steps stopped.I didnt hear them for a while so when I realized who ever it was,was just sitting in the hallway I walked to the door and right when I opened it they ran into karli's room. I started to laugh thinking about how she didnt think I would notice and walkd bck to my bed.

The next day I got up and took out the baon,sausage,eggs, and bread to made breakfast. I grabbd the skillet sdn turned on the stove,just as I did I started hear voices coming from karli's room again. But I dint pay it no kind,assuming it was miya. After I was finished I called them to eat but miya walked out of her own room and karli had walked out of her own room. I looked at Karli confusingly and said "who were you talking to" and she said "nobody in a fast surprised voice and walked to the table. Suspecting she was hiding something I walked to her room and looked around,uner her bed, and even in her closet but I dint see nobody,I shrugged it off as her playing with her self and making different voices.

Thats when my phone rang,it was damon.Tired of ignoring him I picked up the phone.
PHONE CONVERSATION:
Kiesha:
"WHAT DAMON"

DAMON:
"Im sorry kiesha for not callung you and letting you know where I was,but you gotta understand I wasnt myself then I was too drunk to do anything"

Kiesha:
"I forgive you damon,and im sorry for over reacting"

Damon:
"......sooo does this mean I can come back home",he said with a giggle.

Kiesha:
"No cuz I think you still need to learn yo lesson",she said trying to be funny. "Ok bye damon".Then she hung up.

I was so happy we made up. Me and the kids went to party city togo get invitations and party deorations for kari. Then we went to the mall to pick out an outfit too. It was around 6:00pm when we arrived home and I put the stuff we bought away for tommorrow. We was gone do the invitations tommorrow. I made dinner and put the kids to bed. I stayed up and watched some tv but went to bed once I got sleepy. I was sleep for a good 2 hours,I was trying to go to back to sleep when I heard foot steps coming down the hallway. I figured it was karli again and I was going tonsurprise her this time. I eased up to the door and counted softly underneath my breath 1.....2.....3 I opened the door fast but no one was there.

Confused I walked all the way into the hallway.Still I saw no one,I looked up into the darkness. My heart started to stop when I saw the figure of a man. I backed away slowly then turnedd around and tried to run, I could hear him right behind me. Then one hand came around my neck and the other came over my mouth. He yanked me back I knew something I was going to remember the rest of my life was about to happen.
