You and Gabe have been best friends since you guys were little due to your mom and his mom on being friends. Ever since the 6th grade you started liking Gabe more then a friend but couldn't tell him because you would ruin your guys friendship. He also introduced you to his band mates. You were hanging out at Cole's house with Cole, Dana, Will, David, and Dalton and just waiting for Gabe to come. After about 10 minutes the doorbell rings and Cole went and answered the door. As Gabe walked in his hand wills intertwined with another girl that you didn't know. So he introduced her which her name was Alex and then you just felt your heart shatter. So as the months pass at every hanging out day Gabe brought Alex every day and you were quite jealous and sad. Also every time you tried hanging out with just Gabe he would always bring Alex. One day you were hanging out with all the boys and Alex so you guys decided to go swimming. So you went to get your stuff as you were going to the bathroom and you ran into Alex and she told you nobody likes you y/n your a ugly person and nobody will ever like you and I'm just using Gabe so I could get closer to David. Once she left you went to tell Gabe. When you told him what Alex Said you guys got into an argument and he told you to get out of his life.

It's been a year since you last talked to Gabe. A year since you saw him. Only if I knew it would be the last time I talked to him and get to see him. You still hung out with the other boys though. They told me after the hug fight me and Gabe had he stopped hanging out with them and more time with Alex. You also became sad and started not eating as much. Also you would cry yourself to sleep every now and then. One day you were walking over to David's and you saw David and Alex making out on the couch. So you told Cole about it and he told Gabe and Gabe still didn't believe you. About a week later there was a knock on the door. When you went to answer you saw Gabe standing in front of the door. You opened it he told you that him and Alex broke and that she was just using him for the money and for David but you told him saying that you don't want to talk to him and that you tried telling him but wouldn't listen. Then out of the blue he kissed you on the lips and took you a minute but kissed back. After you guys broke apart he said y/n I like you for a long time the reason why I was dating Alex was to get you off of my mind after you told him about your feelings you guys started dating.
