Dylan's POV

Aidan and I let go of Xander. He runs up to Casper, and hugs her. I think I heard a yelp. If I did, then it may have been from Brooke kicking her.

Xander lets go of Casper.

Then.
She.
Falls.

Luckily I caught her, before she touched the ground. I handed her off to Xander, who runs her to the nurses office.

I went with him, to make sure she would be okay. I hoped she would be okay.

Ever since I started dating Cameron, I became friends wit her friends, anyone who was important to her, was important to me. So, Casper became one of my best friends. And also, I knew Cameron and the girls would be asking about her, and being all worried. So, I had to be there for them. For all of them.

3 minutes and 38 seconds later we arrived at the nurses office. And yes, I time everything. We were only about 1/3 of the school away from her office.

Once we've reached the nurse, Xander told Chrissy, Mrs. Barn, everything he knew.

He told her about Brooke and Heather in the woods, she's a wolf also, or else she would question it. He told her about the kiss, the hugs, and the "drop". She just nodded and told us to wait in the office so she could check Casper. We had no idea what that meant.

"No, I'm staying. I have to be here. For her." Xander said, impatiently.

"You cannot be I here, while I'm checking her." Chrissy says sternly.

Come on Xander, you know you can't be in here. For this..." I tell him as I wave my hand around the room, as for saying "this". He finally listened to me and followed me out of the office.

After around ten minutes, we become restless, how could it take this long to "check" her. What are they even checking her for?

"Hey... Umm... You guys can come in, now...-But one question, do you guys know of her home status?" Chrissy asked.

"Umm... Yeah... Kind of... Why?" I asked, confused at the random question.

"What do you know?" She asked, concerned.

"She has two parents and a little brother. That's all I know. When I bring it up the girls change the subject. But why?" I ask again, getting even more worried and a little angry.

"No reason, it's just we found some more bruises on her and from what you told me, it doesn't seem like it's from Brooke or Heather. I was wondering if one-or both!-of you guys could get e more detail on her life at home. I will also be asking/speaking to Brooke and Heather, before they speak to the principle." Xander's face pales.

"Yeah, sure. We'll ask the girls. One of us could take her to-and-fro school everyday?" Xander looks at me waiting for a reply.

"Yeah, we could do that. But knowing Casper, she'll need a reason on why she can't just go with the girls." I explain to him.

He nods.

Now all I have to do is get Cameron to spell on the deats about Casper's life at home. Easy-Peezy. Note the sarcasm. This was not going to be an easy task to complete. But I had to do it for Xander, that I knew.

The bell rings.

Quinn, Sam, Cameron, Brooke, Heather, Jamie, Aidan, Ash, Blake, and even Clive, Blake's sister, walked in. Some worried, some looked like they could care less about being here.

Xander's POV

I let go of Casper.
She.
Falls.

I panic. Dylan caught her. He passed her off to me. I ran to the nurse, thinking she'll know what happened.
