Terrible Timing: A Once Upon A Time Story

A Trip You Wouldn't Expect

One day a young girl was sitting on her couch watching Once Upon A Time. It was an average day, but it was kind of special to her, she was about to finish the last episode of season 4.

She had no idea that a magic bean had been placed on her TV to go off right then, turning the TV into a portal. As the girl went closer to the TV, she suddenly saw it turning green, the TV had started to spin, and she was being sucked in. As the girl went through the portal her first thought was for her family, her second thought was for herself. "Where am I going, will I survive?" she asked herself. Her final thought was for her show, she never hit save!

When she finally landed she looked up and saw who she least expected to see. Snow White was towering over her, with a questioning look on her face. "Who are you? What is your name?" The girl was too shocked to speak, she had always wanted to go here, and here she finally was, but when was, had the Wicked Witch of the West come yet, is Regina still completely evil?

When the girl didn't reply Snow said, "Judging by your clothes, I'd say your from another realm." The girl put on a brave face and said "My name is Christina, please tell me, are you and Charming engaged yet?" She used air quotes when she said Charming to show, she knew it was a nick-name.

When she said this Snow's expression turned from confused to suspicious. "If you're from another realm, than how do you know about Charming and me, furthermore, how do you know we're engaged?" When she said this, a face popped out from behind a tree.

"Who's this?" said a man dressed in leather as he walked toward them. As he got closer, Christina nearly passed out. Prince Charming was standing right in front of her! If Regina walked up to her at this moment she would have a heart attack right then and there. This was beyond anything any other fan-girl has ever done. She was actually here in the Enchanted Forest!

"This girl just appeared and judging by her clothes, she comes from another realm." Snow told him. "She says her name is Christina, and she knows we are engaged." Charming looked at her questioningly. "How do you know this, and how do you know us? Did the queen send you because if she did-" "Regina didn't send me, I was accidentally sent here through a portal, and when I went through it I was thinking of a show about you guys, and I ended up here."

As soon as she said this she knew she had said the wrong thing, both Snow and Charming looked at Christina with wide eyes, as Christina tries to sort through her emotions. Confusion, excitement, happiness, and a sense of worry that would not leave her.

"In my realm we know you guys as fairy tale characters, and tell stories about you, I know what is going to happen to you later in the future and I can help you." Christina said cautiously. It was true, she knew what was going to happen because she had finished watching season 4 of Once Upon A Time, but what she didn't know was why did she come here, why now, how did she get here? As these thoughts wrapped themselves around her mind, Snow and Charming looked at each other, nodded, and then at Christina.

"Since you know about us, but we don't know about you, and you claim to know our future, it wouldn't seem odd if we were to ask you for some proof." Snow said. Christina thought about it and slowly nodded "I will tell you what you want to know, if you let me stay with you until I can get back home." Charming thought about it and squeezed Snow's hand, "All right if you can see the future tell us, do we defeat Regina and finally get married and have kids, and if we do how many?"

Christina was quick to answer, as she let her fan-girl super power kick in. "You sort of defeat Regina, but Snow doesn't let you kill her, and you do get married, and have two kids." After saying all that Christina felt lightheaded. Snow looked confused, then happy, then completely excited when she was telling them this, Charming just looked determined. Snow turned to Charming and said "If what she's saying is true, and I believe it is, we are going to have our happily ever after!"

As Charming and Snow beamed at Christina for sharing the amazing news, Christina saw a swan behind their shoulders. "Oh," she breathed as she saw it gracefully swim across the water. Charming saw the swan too, and was getting ready to hit it with his sword, when Snow, being the bird lover that she was, cried out "NO!". The swan was startled and swam in the direction closer to Christina. As Charming and Snow debated on how they were ever going to eat if they can't kill any swans, Christina walked closer to the swan and took two of it's feathers.

She then walked over to Snow and Charming and gave it to them. "Here," she said as they each took one. "When you have your first child, keep at least one of these in her baby blanket. Trust me you want to do this."

As soon as they both had one in their hands, a portal started opening at Christina's feat and she was being sucked in! All Christina could do was shout her last words to the fairy tale couple. "Byyyyye!" she shouted as she was swallowed by the swirling vortex.
