~~Nikita's POV~~
Okayy.
This was uhm, awkward?
Tanner, my brother, likes Sam. Heck, he "loves" her.
Wow.
This is like one of the least expected things ever. Why? you ask?
A. I was thoroughly, irrevocably, unconditionally, deeply convinced, that my brother was gay. Atleast thats what Tori and Liam told me.
Why would they even lie to me? they sounded so convinced, and Im mentally wincing thinking about this, but they sent me a picture too, Troy, on top of Tanner- I know that was just so creepy and disturbing and I feel pukish just thinking about it, but hey. He's my brother, and I accept even the weirdest parts of him, because that what make him "HIM".
Moving on...
B. Samara is dating, to my discomfort, our school teacher, okay fine! he looks decent. Okay fine, he's smoking hot, but- Tanner, and everybody knows theres this thing between them, then why would Tan-Tan.. I mean. Uhm, why would he.. Uhh! Just complete my sentence for me.
And Sam told me, that there was some action between them too. They got drunk and then, made out and almost went all the way, and how she controlled herself and shit. Which kinda makes me feel bad for Tanner.
We have recently become such good friends, me and Sam(And Zoey, Kaylie and Karmen too!). Before, it was me and Tori, people used to take our names together, and term us as "sisters from another mother" or something. But recently, I have started hanging around with oher people too and I know she doesnt say anything, but I can see she doesnt like it.
I mean, I have the right to make more friends too, you know. Like, I cant be sticking to her like glue! And its not like Im ignoring her. Okay fine, I get a bit over engrossed with the person I talk to, but that doesn't mean I don't still love her!
Anyways, coming back to the main point.
My 'misconcepted' brother, who is looking anywhere but at me, his face and ears still crimson from what he blabbered a few minutes ago.
Chewing on her food, aunt Sophie was looking between us, her expression not quiet readable.
"You love Sam?" I finally spoke. Great way of breaking the ice.
He closed his eyes and nodded.
My awkwardness soon turned into a smile and shock into excitement.
"Oh my goshhh! I can totally help you!" I squealed. "should I talk to her?"
"No!" He snapped at once, his eyes big with worry, and then he composed himself. "I don't need your 'help'. Neither do I want you to do anything. I can take care of myself." He crossed his arms over his chest.
"Hey! I was just trying to be nice." My smile faded off my face seeing his reaction. "You didn't need to be so rude!"
He didnt reply, just looked sideways with his arms still folded on his chest and spoke, "Now, its only fair that I do a rapid fire for you too."
I hesitated for a moment, but then smiled, "Shoot, big guy. I have nothing to hide."
"This ought to be fun" Tanner muttered to himself under this breath. I just raised one of my eyebrows, seeing his excess of delightness.
