Problems

What is going on!

I bolted down my hall and saw my mum trapped in a corner with my stepdads hands wrapped round her neck I stopped and stood still as if I was a statue . I tried to breath very carefully I slowly walked over to my little sisters door I could hear her sniffling I tried to open the door but it was locked . I looked at the door and it had a slit wear a key would enter . I looked around and saw that all of the doors had this . I thought to myself what the hell is going on , I tiptoed into the kitchen sneaking past my stepdad . I look for keys in my kitchen there was none , I looked over at my stepdad he had keys hanging out of his back trouser pocket. I sneakily walked over and slowly pulled the keys out from his pocket . I looked at my mum , her face was turning purple I quickly unlocked my little sisters room door .

.She ran over to me and squeezed me tight sapphire started to cry event harder she whimpered
" I thought I was stuck in here forever and i was never going to see anyone again "
I replied " we need to get out here fast it's not safe "
Sapphire wiped her tears I held her close to me and whispered
" Don't worry I will protect you " I gently kissed the top of her head .
Sapphire started to walk over to the door .I quickly grabbed her arm and said
" don't go out there stay here I will be back in a second ."

I walked out the door and shut it quietly I heard her start crying again I slowly walked over to Mike and I saw that  he still hadn't stopped strangling my mum  . Her face was dark purple she was gasping for breath SMASH ! I quickly swung my lamp and hit it off his head  , Mike my stepdad fell to the floor screaming with pain . My mum could finally breath she fell to the floor gasping for breath.  I quickly grabbed her and squeezed her closely starting to cry . She burst out into tears I picked her up and shouted Chanel and Chantelle . Chantelle screamed
" we are trapped Destiny HELP! "
I quickly took mum into the living room and lay her across the couch , I then let Sapphire out and she screamed in horror looking at Mike she looked down at him and starting howling with tears . She bent down and hugged him I screamed " No he's a monster get away from him go check on mum please "
Before Sapphire could move Mike grabbed her arm and held it tight . He went through into the kitchen and grabbed a bread knife I quickly unlocked Chantelle  and Channels room they ran over to Mike and held him up against the wall .
Channel punched him in the face knocking him out cold she shook her hand .
I grabbed Mikes legs and shoved him in the bed I taped his mouth up with duck tape I walked out into the hall , Channel was in the kitchen getting my mum a cup of ice cold water . I walked into the kitchen grabbing the mop and started mopping up the blood on the floor ' I then broke the mop in half and threw it in the bin .

I went into the  living room Chantelle had made us black currant juice Sapphire was cuddled up with mum on the couch she had woken up . I sat down on the couch beside Chanel and asked mum
"Why did Mike start strangling you "
Mum looked at me tears dripping down her face she mumbled "He wanted to do dirty things with me and I refused "
Chantelle looked at mum and said " you need to report him to the police he nearly killed you and why did he lock us in our room "
Mum looked at her and said " I'm not reporting him because I love him okay "
Sapphire looked at mum and said " Why did he lock us all in our rooms mum "
Mum stared at us all and replied ..........
