Chapter 3

(Two days before last chapter)
Laya and Kat-

"Laya wake up." My foster mom called. "Coming Lucinda." I say as I get put of bed. "I go down stairs to see Lucinda and my twin sister Kat sitting at the table. "What is it?" I ask. "This came in the mail for you and your sister." She says as she hands me a paper. "What is it did they find our parents?" I ask. "No just read it." Kat says. "Okay dang don't have to be rude about it." I say as read the letter.

Dear Laya and Kathy you've been chosen to join our school A.O.E we know you've never heard of out school but it's a boarding school for the special you will serve 9- 12th grade at our school.

"What is this?" I ask. "You guys are elementals." Lucinda says. "What do you mean?" I ask. "You two are elementals descendants of the originals to be exact." She says. "The original what?" I ask. "Your father was a descendent of the original Fire elemental and your mother was the descendant of the water elemental." Lucinda says. "That can't be right" I'm perfectly normal I can't shot fire and water of my hands." I say. "You can't do the water but you can do fire." Lucinda says. "This has to be a dream." I says as I walk back up the stairs. "Laya come back we have to get you two the the academy before they find you." Lucinda says. "They who is they?" Kat asks. "The corrupted ones." She says. "The what's." I ask. "The corrupted ones are demons that have elemental skills like you and your sister." She says as I walk back down the stairs. "How can they have those powers if they're demons?" I ask. "When the originals were created the great Gods created one who could control demons little did they know he could make them as well so he created different types of demons and gave them elemental powers and started the first war of Demons and Elemental but the originals put him in a prison for a eternity." Lucinda says. "But what do they want with us?" I ask. "The Decedents are the only one can free him." She says as a crash comes from the living room. "There here." Lucinda says as she runs in the living room then me Kat follow behind and see a man with a spider tattoo on his wrist. "Give me the girls." He says. "Ha you'll have to go through me." Lucinda says as she blasts him fire then he gets up and cracks his knuckles. "That tickled." He says as he blasts Lucinda with ice. "Lucinda!" Kat and I yell as we go over to her body. "What did you do to her?!" I yell. "Froze her heart she'll be dead in a matter of seconds." He says. "Your going to pay." I say as I start to feel my body heat up and the heat moved to the palm of my hand. I look at my hand to see a ball made of fire then I throw it at him and he goes through the wall. Then I go to Lucinda's body. "She's getting colder." Kat says as tears run down her face. "Maybe I can melt her heart." I say as I channel all the energy in my body and the heat moves to my hands. Then I put both hands on her chest then the pale color of her icy cold skin fades away and she becomes warmer. Then Lucinda jumps up and looks at Kat and I. "What happened?" Lucinda asks. "He froze your heart we thought we lost you." Kat says as she hugs her. Then Lucinda gets up and walks to the whole in the wall. "He's gone!" She yells. Then we run over to the hole. "Where could he have gone." I ask as I step in the whole to the outside.
