Shiba Miyuki: Tatsuya's sister, has a brother complex.
Saegusa Mayumi: President on school council, part of the Ten Masters Clan.
Chiba Erika: Phantom sword princess of the Chiba.
Watanabe Mari: Public Morals Committee Chief.
Shizuku Kitayama: Shadow Public Morals Committee Chief
Ichijou Masaki: Public Morals Committee, Third Highschool.
Hattori Hanzou: Vice president of student council.
Saijou Leonhard: First Highschool F class.
Yoshida Mikihiko: Public Morals Committee First Highschool.
Mibu Sayaka: Kendo club member.

       Today was the start of the new school year, and all the new students were getting ready to show off their skills to see if they would become a bloom or weed. If you were graced with unique or powerful magic you were destined to become a bloom, and if you had average or weak magic, you were going to become a weed. Weeds, because of their lower magic power were considered as a lower class to that of the blooms who were considered higher and were to be treated with more respect. The testing system, was indeed created to separate these groups of people, but one thing that it had not planned on was if someone purposely tried to conceal their full power (Or if you watched the anime you already know why lol). One person that acted on this loop hole was Tatsuya Shiba a man with little to no emotions.
        As the sun rose on a new day,Tatsuya finally awoke to look at his clock and realize he had overslept. Figuring out that he had only 20 minutes to get ready, leave and some how get to class before the bell rang, he sprang out of his bed, getting ready at what seemed like the speed of lightning. Tatsuya found Miyuki, his sister, sitting near the front door waiting for him hurring to get rear end in gear. The both of them high-tailed it to school, saving as much time as they could by using magic to boost their speed. When they finally had reached the school, both of them parted ways as they went to their separate classes just as the bell began to ring. After Tatsuya had finished introducing himself to the class, he immediately looked for a window seat that was open, and had a nice view outside to the cherry blossom tree in the court yard. After that, the day went on as normal with him going through his next few hours of school.

         As it turned out, Tatsuya and Miyuki's class for fifth hour so happened to be the same. As Tatsuya went to greet his little sister, he was surprised to find that she was having a conversation with a group of people who all seemed to be part of the student council, thanks to the arm bands that they were wearing. He casually walked over, quickly catching the eye of his sister who smiled as she saw him. Noticing that Miyuki was looking behind them, the student council members followed her gaze to Tatsuya who was now just behind the three of them. As Tatsuya finally got to see them face to face, one girl in particular caught his eye. She was a beautiful girl who seemed like she was around the same age as him. Noticing that she saw him staring, he quickly turned it into a bow with a greeting. Her and the other two girls also followed with a formal greeting. From right to left, was Mari Watanabe, then Suzune Ichihara, and then the one who had so easily caught his eye with her beauty Mayumi Saegusa. After the group had finished exchanging greetings, class began. As the day continued, Tatsuya decided to ask around to find out more about Mayumi Saegusa, the girl who had been clouding his head ever since he met her. After a little bit of asking around, Tatsuya had found out that she was the student council president. When the bell had finally rung Tatsuya met up with Miyumi and together they head home.
