The List

Hello, my name is zoë yup that's right two little dots on the "E". Anyway I go to Darwin academy. I'm in 10th grade and I'm 15 years old, this New Years I want to try something new, something that can change the world, you know? I'm thinking of a bucket list I don't think it will change the world but it will definitely change my life for sure!
ZOË' BUCKET LIST! (do not read)
1. make some real friends that won't lie to you and humiliate you!!!
2. make peace with mom
3. make peace with dad
4. make peace... with EVERYONE
5. go to mrs. Biad and tell her about your bucket list
6. make this bucket list better!
7. go on a road trip with mom
8. have fun on road trip!
9. go to California
10. go to Nevada

This was zoë' bucket list and she tried hard to add something new everyday! she would mark off things every time she did what was on the list. one Sunday afternoon after church zoë asked her mom if she could speak with her her mom' name was Sherill.
"hey mom can i ask you something in private please?" said zoë "sure what is it, is it boys" says Sherill " MOM stop its not about boys or anything, I was going to say I'm creating a bucket list this New Years and the next thing I have to do is go on a road trip, would you maybe consider going with me?" says zoë "Really? I've been wanting to go on one of those!" says Sherill " yay tomorrow I can make plans for us to stay in the cabin! if that's alright" says zoë "that sounds great!" zoë finally thought she could actually having this bucket list go her way. The next day at school... I'm writing in my journal about my bucket list... okay I admit it's a diary. so I made plans to go up to the cabin with mom! but let me tell you something about her she's a recovering alcoholic and after she went to these meetings to make sure she stays sober we've been going to church which I love so I don't have a problem with it... but dad does. I'm not going to go into that but I'm excited to go on this road trip! " hey mom I made plans for us to go on the road trip for Friday and come back Sunday, I'm so excited!" said zoë "Me too,  oh this will help me a lot!" said Sherill " what do you mean help you?" said zoë " umm honey I've started drinking agin I'm really sorry" said Sherill " oh my gosh how could you i invite you to this thing and you start drinking again what about those meetings you go to?" said zoë " I've been trying to stay sober I really have" zoë cuts her mom off " no, stop I would cancel this but I already made reservations lets just hope your not drunk and driving this time you stooped pretty low!" said zoë " zoë " said Sherill. zoë runs to her room and falls on her bed and starts crying. " I Can't Believe Her!!!"
Friday afternoon... "ready to go " said Sherill "Sure whatever I honestly don't really care anymore " said zoë. They finally arrive after a awkward two hour drive. first they get something to eat at Burger King then they went back to the cabin. " hey I'm going to go get us some ice cream" said Sherill " fine" said zoë. Sherill is heading to the ice cream shop when she stumbles across a local bar, Sherill tries to avoid it but she can't . Sherill was to drunk to drive so she got a cab when she arrived at the cabin zoë was not surprised " I knew it of coarse you got drunk what a surprise for an alcoholic" said zoë " look it's not that easy, okay I'm trying my best to stay sober I really am" " you think so cause it looks like to me your not trying at all" said zoë " look I know this is hard for both of us but we can try to go through this together ." " yeah sure okay" said zoë. they went to bed. it was Sunday the day they were coming back!  " hey I'm going to go get us some snacks for the road and a bite to eat want anything?" said zoë " no thanks you go." said Sherill zoë leaves the cabin and Sherill was going to get some groceries from the local Walmart when she sees the same local bar. she got drunk... again. she went to pick up zoë and keep in mind she's drunk. when she picks up zoë , zoë doesn't realize that she was drunk until about 30 minutes on the road. " are you drunk?" said zoë " no I'm perfectly gine" said Sherill " you mean fine?" said zoë " yeah whatever " " ahh look out mom your going to crash!!" zoë felt a ringing noise in her ear she opens her eyes and she realizes that both her and her mom were both very injured but she wasn't sure how the other car was. " mom" zoë said in a quiet voice zoë got no response. the crash was bad it was a roll over crash. then after a while zoë hears an ambulance and zoë felt scared but she was faithful that God was with her the whole time. during this time zoë' mom hasn't responded. zoë couldn't  move until the ambulance came and they strapped her on a stretcher. Her neck was in some foam band things zoë was very worried about what was going to happen because she still hasn't heard anything from her mom. " mom are you there?" zoë said very quietly " It's going to be alright you and your mother were in a bad accident " said the man in the ambulance." zoë then closed her eyes for a while. zoë' mom ended up being okay but she was paralyzed. "ZOË , ZOË PLEASE ANSWER ME PLEASE IM SO SORRY OH MY GOSH" Sherill starts to bawl when she realized zoë had passed and it was because of her mom driving drunk. they later were inspecting the car and found zoë' bucket list. Her mom got sober again and completed the bucket list for zoë.

please let this story be an inspiration to you to not drive drunk because your putting innocent lives in danger. please don't drink and drive.❤️
