Jenn neatly ordered the stack of papers and rest them to the top corner of her desk, before turning off her computer. She worked as an intern at Morgan and Morgan, a popular law firm in Seattle. As a recent graduate from law school and one of the top students in her class, she never expected to be doing the job of a legal file clerk. She had only been there two months and wanted more, however she was grateful because it was difficult to find a job in this economy and she already knew lots of other people from her class who couldn't find one yet. The only other option was working for the government, which no one really wanted to do.

"Hey, Jenn," She looked up to see Mia, her boss, leaning against her desk with her arms and legs folded. " Where are you going so early?" She was a middle aged dark haired woman who was chatty, liked socializing and getting close to everyone, including her interns.

"It's 4pm. I have to go." Jenn quickly checked to make sure she packed everything in her purse.

"Aren't you going drinking with me later? We are going to find you a boyfriend today. For real this time." Mia was always taking her out and introducing her to guys and trying to set her up with someone. She thought that Jenn needed to lighten up a bit and have fun at her age.

"No thanks. I actually have a date tonight."

"What?!" Mia exclaimed, shaking Jenn's shoulders. "A date with who? When did you meet him? What does he look like? Is he hot?"

Yea, thought Mia. "He's okay, I guess."

"So how long have you been dating him? You guys did anything yet?" she winked.

"Um..." You could hear the discomfort in Jenn's voice. "This is actually our first date so..."

"Okay. Well you go girl." Mia straightened her jacket and fixed Jenn's hair with her hands, which had gotten messed up from all the shaking. "Go home, shower and wear something nice. Also fix your hair and your nails." She began walking back to her office before shouting back midway in the middle of the hallway. "Oh! And I'll understand if you don't show up for work tomorrow!" She raised her finger in the air.

Jenns cheeks flushed pink from the embarrassment of what the entire office must be thinking of her after Mia's words. She quickly bent down her head and hurried to the elevator. Upon stepping in, she breathed a sigh of relief. Ding! – phone notification. Jenn instantly scuffled through her bag pulling out her cellphone. It was a text message from Jay.

Can't wait for tonight. I've been thinking of you all day.

Don't be late.

Mia's right. I look terrible. Jenn never cared much about how she looked or what people thought of her. But she sure wanted to leave a good first impression on Jay and that would mean cutting her split ends, replacing that two-month-old nail polish and wearing that make up kit she got as a gift from Mia for her birthday but never wore.

"Hello, I'm calling to confirm dinner reservations for Mr. Kutcher at 7pm tonight." Jay smiled, tightly gripping his phone.

"Yes, we have reservations for two tonight for Jay Kutcher," the maître d' responded.

"Thank-you." He gently put the headset unto the base, hanging up the phone. He sat in his swivel chair idling spinning from side to side before deciding to check his email a few minutes later.

Leaving work soon. See you later.

Jay's eyes made their way to the clock - 4:05. She must have left work already. He then took out his cellphone and texted her. He made his way back to his computer; briskly scrolling through all the emails they had sent each other back and forth over the course of their relationship thus far.

Jay and Jenn started chatting each other a few months back, after he first emailed her to be his pen pal when he saw her picture on Yahoo. Jenn was bewildered at first; a stranger randomly showing up in her inbox asking to be pen pals? It would seem very peculiar to anyone – but she soon gave in.

At first he would send her long letters about what was happening in his life and she would respond with a simple one, offering advice and what she thought about it, but never revealed anything deep or personal about herself. However as time went on, the long emails about daily activities turned into shorter, more frequent emails and text messages.. Simultaneously Jenn began opening up and their relationship evolved from strangers, to friends, to lovers?

Jay wanted to see her. He wanted to hear her plain voice unaffected by electronics and her breathing. He wanted to see her full sized body standing less than a feet away from him. Touch her soft feminine skin and run his fingers through her long dark brown hair. He thought about it every time they would talk to each other, until one day he decided, he couldn't wait anymore. What was holding us back? There is nothing wrong with asking someone out first. He thought long and hard, before making his move and finally asking her out.

Jay was very self-consciousness and secretive, often keeping to himself. He hardly trusted anyone and only kept acquaintances for his own gain. He kept few friends and enjoyed working alone. He worked as an accountant for six years before quitting his job to start his own accounting agency. Over the next five years Kutcher Limited Liability Partnership expanded to be one of the largest in the state with thousands of clients and hundreds and employees. Once he had his mind set on something, he would work hard and tirelessly to get it. Never failing once - Jay always got what he wanted.

Jay glanced up at the clock once more – 4:45pm. It was time to go. He logged off his computer, packed up his things and left the office locking the door behind him.

That night...

Jay arrived at the restaurant. "Goodnight, Jay Kutcher."

"Oh, hi," the maître d' searched his name in the bookings. "Welcome, I'll show you to your seat."

Jay peaked over her shoulder noticing a dark brown haired girl, alone, in a black, strapless cocktail dress. She sat at the table mixing her cherry in the liquor, he arms folded and her back slouching on the seat slouched back onto her seat. "It's okay...I think I found it." He lightly tapped the woman on the shoulder before passing her and heading to his seat. Jay wore a grey suit with a black t-shirt on the inside. He stared at her a little before making his way to the table, "Hey. "

Jenn stood up in her seat. "Hi," her cheeks turned red from embarrassment. Why did he have to catch me like this?

Jay raised his sleeve, to check the time on his watch.

"You're late," she said as she watched him take his seat. She couldn't take her eyes off him; he had looked just as handsome as he did in his pictures. He had thick black hair and a well-sculpted body.

Jay kept staring into Jenn's brown eyes while admiring her slims structure. She was exactly everything he had imagine and couldn't wait to have her in his arms. He picked up her cherry and put it in his mouth then smiled lazily. "Thanks for coming to meet me, Jenny."
