SKY'S P.O.V

I was with my brother in a small store, he was gonna buy a magazine and then we wear gonna go to the tree house and would be able to see Chris. I've had a crush on Chris Chambers since the first grade, I know it's weird because my brother Gordie and Chris are best friends but I can't help it he's just so.......you know amazing.

My thoughts are interrupted by my brother telling me we had to go because he was done. We walk up to the tree house and Gordie goes in first. We have to go in septet because the "gang" needed to know the next person up was apart of the gang  we knew that because we had a secret nock. I climb the ladder and do the secret nock but the door doesn't open "come on guys open up" a yell at them "who is it" they ask like they didn't know me and they know this pisses me off "who do you think it is asshole" I yell a little mad "oh Gordo your sister has a mouth" I hear Teddy say "yes she does she should speak nicely and then I might let her in" I hear Chris saying trying to hold in his laugh "I swear to god Chambers you let me in now or I'll hurt you" I yell at him banging on the door trying to open it "I'll open it on one condition Lachance" Chris says back to me "what is it Chambers" I sya back "you have to say 'please let me in Mr.Chambers' in a sweet innocent voice or your not aloud in" he says to me and I can hear him smiling as he's saying it, "no i'm not saying it chambers" I say keeping my ground "fine then stay out there". I wait a couple of minutes and then give up "please let me in Mr.Chambers" i say trying not to laugh or get mad, then all of a sudden the door opens and I see Chris looking at me with a smirk "now was that so hard" he says acting all innocent. I climb into the tree house seeing Teddy trying to hold in his laugh and Gordie just laughing his ass off "oh shut up" I say to them and just like you wear expecting they all got together and said "we don't shut we grow up and when we see your face we throw up" after that little performance I roll your eyes at them. I look around and see there playing 31 "hey Chris deal me in" I say to him don't you mean Mr.Chambers" Teddy says laughing, I glair at him "NO I MEAN CHRIS" I yell at him. I yelled at him so loud a literally  falls backwards off the chair.

After awhile you hear someone nock on the door "that's not the secret nock" your brother yells out as were playing the game "come on I forget the secret nock" you hear Vern say from outside, you all look at each other "Vern". Chris opens the door and Vern comes in fast., you continue playing the games and Chris looks up "how do you know a French man's been in your backyard" Chris says not looking up from his card "hey I'm French" Toby says getting s little mad "your garbage is empty and your dog's pregnant" me and Chris start to laugh like crazy, but all of a sudden you fall over and land into Chris's lap. I freeze and look into his eyes and he does the same. I look at my brother quickly and he's reading his magazine and not paying any attention to me, then all of a sudden I feel two hands rapping around my waist, I look at Chris quickly "what are you doing" I ask thinking that my brother will kill me but he doesn't answer Chris just starts to lean in, for a second I just think he's messing with me but he keeps leaning in then all of a sudden I feel his soft lips on mine, I don't even think I kiss back in seconds. We don't pull away for a long time and I wished we never had to pull away until we hear Teddy yell "HEY GORDIE LOOKS LIKE YOUR SISTER GETTING SOME CHAMBER LOVE" and after that we pull away and look at Gordie and he's staring at you guys "hey bro what's up" you say innocently "Sky get off Chris....Chris why did you kiss her" he says trying to act clam "well I kissed her because well....look at her she's hot" he says. All I do is blush and look down "sorry Gordie" I say smiling "no I'm sorry" he says smirking like an idiot, I'm really confused until he says this "Chris my sister has had a crush on you since grade 1" he smiles and goes back to his magazine "GORDIE" I yell at him "that's for taking my best brined" he says not even looking up. I sit there speech less "so you like me huh" all I do is nod my head not being able to speak "well I've had a crush on you since the day I met you" I'm speechless "really", all he does is nod and show you that cute smirk "you wanna be my girlfriend" right when he asks that, I'm speechless. 

Then Gordies head shoots up "wait what" I look at him and smile "I'd love to be your girlfriend Mr.Chambers" I say laughing  "then com hear Ms.Chambers" he says smirking and with that you jump onto his lap, he snakes hi hands around your waist "so your little plan back fired didn't it" Chris says laughing "ya it did but I need to tell you something Chambers" says a little to series "ya man" Chris replies "you hurt my sister Chambers I will not hold back, I will beat you man" all Chris does is nod. I look at Chris in the eyes and he looks at me "Ms.Chambers huh" you say smiling then he leans in to kiss you but before he can Vern finally speaks up "do you guys wanna see a dead body" and right when he says that we all look at him "what did you say Vern"  I ask him confused.

He told us all the story about being under the porch and hearing that two guys from Ace's gang found Ray Browners body "so you guys wanna go look for it" he asks and everyone agreed "but what are we gonna tell are foces" "we'll tell them what you said, we will say that we are camping out in your front yard then you say your sleeping over a Teddys and then we'll say wear going to the drag races later that day, we're solid till dinner tomorrow night" my brother states "wow that's a plan and a half" Chris says skinning him "so you guys in" "ya I'm in" Teddy says I look at Chris "I can go" "so can me and Sky" then we all look at Vern "come on Verno" "come on" and then Vern brakes "fine"  then we all cheer. Tomorrow were going to find a body.
