—A Few Days Later—
*Jacob POV*
Okay, today is the big day. I'm finally going to ask out Erika. I'm kinda nervous but we both know we like each other.
I got up and got ready fast because I had to go out and get flowers. I needed to make this really special.
I put on this nice bluish shirt and some beige shorts. I brushed my teeth and combed my hair to made sure I had the perfect quiff. I looked pretty good.(😏)
I got to the flower shop, they were having a sale. Buy 1 bouquet get 1 free. I picked out some red roses and some really nice pale blue flowers.
*Erika POV*
Jacob texted me. He wanted me to meet him at the park. I got ready and made sure to look pretty.
I put on a super man crop top and black high wasted shorts. I threw my hair up in a cute messy bun because it was pretty warm out, almost 90 degrees. I brushed my teeth, did my makeup and put on my white converse.
I decided to walk there, to get a little exercise.
—At The Park—
"Hey Jacob! You wanted to meet me here?"
"Yeah! Come here."
*Jacob POV*
I had already placed the flowers behind the tunnel we usually talk in underneath the slide, I was going to surprise her when I ask her out.
"Okay, I wanna say that these past few days I've spent with you were the best days of my life. You make my heart melt every time I see you. Your beautiful smile lights my day. But I have something really important to ask you. *I paused for a second and got the flowers.* Erika, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Omg Jacob, this is so sweet!! Yes of course!!" Erika said in joy.
We gave eachother a big long hug.
*Erika POV*
"It's really hot out, you should come over and we can swim in my pool!" I told him.
"Sure!"
"Wanna hoverboard home with me?" Jacob asked.
"I didn't bring my hoverboard.. I walked."
"It's fine! You can come on mine."
I had no idea how that was going to work but I went with the idea.
He told me to get on it then he got on right at the back holding around my waist. It was a nice ride home, hehe.
We got to my house and we both went up to my room and I got my bathing suit. I picked out a bikini with blue and purple stripes on it. I went in my bathroom to change because obviously I wouldn't change right in front of Jacob. I came out the he started staring me down. (😂)
"Whatcha lookin at?" I started laughing.
"You, you're so hot." Jacob added in reply.
He was lying down on my bed and I jumped onto it right beside him, lying on my stomach. We looked at each other and I kissed him on the cheek. He started to smile and blush as well as I.
"Let's go over to my house I gotta get my bathing suit!" Jacob noted.
We go over to Jacobs and we get in his room. He changed into his bathing suit and takes his shirt off slowly. It seems like he's trying to impress me or something but.. I guess it's working.
"YOU'RE SO CUTE!" I yelled.
"Dudee, look at you! you're perfectt. Now c'mon let's go." he pointed out.
He grabbed my face and kissed my cheek.
We ended up on my pool desk and we jumped in. We swam for a long time just having tons of fun.
We kissed under water a few times but only on the cheek. We weren't going to have our first kiss on the very first day we started dating.
