Finally, I've been waiting for this moment so long. The moment I get my own journal to write in. It's a nice small book with a leather outside with a simple design of a sparrow on the front. It's so nice to smell the fresh pages of a newly made book.
Sometimes I long for something to write in. Growing up poor in a small village up in the mountains doesn't help because in Trost they keep up raising the prices on the production of paper.
But me, I plan to be like Aunt Petra, and join the military.
And my curiosity shall be fed.
Ever since I was a little girl I had this growing curiosity inside me. My mother would always tell me to follow it and trust myself. Which I did and still do.
But anyway it's growing late and I have to herd the sheep in tomorrow with my cousin Taio.
