Chapter 3: Midnight

Spongebob's POV
My alarm went off at exactly midnight. I jumped out of bed and scurried off to the Krusty Krab. I forgot to go to the back but Mr. Krabs was in his office, counting money. "Uh", I said. "Didn't you tell me to meet you in the back?" "Oh- yeah", Mr. Krabs said. "Sorry me boy, I got distracted." He started to sweat. "It's fine", I said after a long while. "Should we go to the back?", I said. "Right", he said. We both walked to the back. He put he's arm around my shoulder. "Hey what the barnacles?!", I yelled. He quickly took it off without saying anything. We reached the back. He put his arms on my shoulders and said, "Boy, I need to tell you something important." He put his claw on my mouth right when I was about to say something. "I have feelings for you", he said. "WHAT THE HE-", I tried to say but I couldn't finish because he pressed his lips on my cheek. I didn't hesitate. After he was done, I hugged him, and walked away. I couldn't fall asleep that night. That memory is very special to me.
