Sonic and Tails had just gotten home after a long day out and they were tried. Tails quickly walked in and plummeted on his couch. He had his eyes half way open, he watched quietly as his big brother stretched out, popping his back before heading for the door.
"We're are you going?" The two tailed fox asked half asleep
"Out for a run."
"But it's late"
Sonic just smiled at him before running out at super speed. Tails yawned before he couldn't hold it anymore and his eyelids fell, sending him into a deep sleep.
The blue blur was out running under the light of the moon, a grin stuck on his face as he ran, coming to a stop by a river. A movement was heard from the bushes but the blue one was to worried about the river too notice and he backed up away from the water, towards the sound. It was then he felt a pain go true his leg.
I man was well hidden in the bushes, dart gun in his hand just waiting for the right moment to take out the hedgehog. He noticed when he stopped at the water and backed up, his fear was giving the man a advantage, he quickly took ami and shot, the dart plunging into the victims leg.
Sonic quickly looked down and extended his arm, carefully pulling out he dart and looking at it, seeing a skull on it. He suddenly felt lightheaded and fell on his keens, trembling so much his bones started to hurt.
"Well well well, someone is out way past there bed time" a mocking voice spoke up
Sonic growled he knew that voice all too well "Eggman!"
He barely looked up before his arms gave out and he fell, unable to think or move.
"Come on now, we better get you somewhere safe" Eggman smirked
Sonic tried to make a run for it, but his body couldn't respond at the moment, then everything went black.

So I'm trying something new out hope y'all like it, and yes I shall update my other books soon, I've been sick with a stomach flue so that's why I haven't been on but I'm getting better so ya..till next time. P.s sorry for short chapter but I just got a new idea and had to start it heheh.
