The pain was too real this time. I sat near the window as the rain drops came crashing down. Everything was cold and my world turned dark before my eyes. I was bruised and beaten, and no one knew.
My wrists were restrained to my side; my lungs were feeling tighter by the second. My Wounds might not ever heal. There was too much damage done. I wanted to scream, and let the tears flow from my eyes.
After all these years, you never know, and no matter how much time passes, it can never take your memories away from me. I coiled myself closer to the window.
I was right there all this time, and when you take things for granted because you know that they’ll always be there. Then suddenly they're just plucked from outright underneath you. I fell ten stories down and crashed against an unforgiving concrete.
No one knows…
They don’t see the sadness in my eyes; maybe I’m too good at hiding. I saw you slowly fading in front of me, and I wanted to believe that it was impossible.
And No matter how far I run, how long time passes. I will never truly be healed. Your presence will always be with me, you won’t leave me alone. I tried to convince myself that you were really gone, but the harder I did, the more you lingered on. After all these years...
No one knows…
You still haunt me with unspoken words I used to sing. You will always have me with you and I will always have you in my heart.
