Jagger's PoV
Oh Stephanie, you have no idea what you've done. Poor girl builds her walls up to avoid heart break but doesn't know how to keep them from tumbling down. I'm in her head now. I'm her "boyfriend" after all. I can get all the information I want. I know how Stephanie operates and all the things I have to do to keep her sweet and feeding me every little secret she has. And the best part is, she'll never see through the plan. It's fool proof. Poor thing will never see it coming. I hate hurting her I really do. I hate pretending to be something I'm not. Wait. Scratch that. I don't have and ounce of good in me. I do feel a little bad though. I'm Somebody she thinks she knows and can trust. She's never had the best boyfriends. She's always the one with the lasting heartbreak while the douche bags live happily ever after. It has to be done. I've never been so tempted to feed. But I have to hold back or Damon will kill me.
Stephanie's PoV
I rolled over in my bed. Every inch of my body seemed to hurt. Suddenly I here Shawn Mendes being blasted in the kitchen. "For the love of god Hayden if you don't turn that down I will slap you so hard you'll hit China". "Someone's hungover" Hayden laughed. "Not funny Hay" I groaned.
Not a text from Jagger. No missed calls. Why do I have a bad feeling about this. I love him and what happened was the best thing that's happened to me in a while. I feel like there's something I don't know. He's been asking a lot of questions. I'll never spill my secret it's too early in the relationship. He's always been mysterious and I love that about him but this is different.
I'm keeping a close eye on him. I'm not telling him anything. I'll play along with the charade until I have solid proof then I'll bust his ass. Hopefully I'm overthinking and I won't need to
"Hello earth to stephanieeee" Hayden called. "Sorry hay, I'm gonna go shower, get dressed and Go see Jagger. Get this one sobered up". "Will do tell Jagger I say hey" Hayden said trying to wake up Lexi.
