Den's POV

The front door slammed shut with a loud bang and laughter soon followed that filtered into the kitchen.

My heart beat faster, my body grew hot. It was my sister and her best friend.

My sister, Justine is 16 and her best friend, Alyssa is 19 and I just turned 18.

I had a crush on Alyssa for years now but I knew I was just the annoying sister of her best friend to her.

I sighed inwardly, or so I thought. "Why the long sigh, sister dear? Daydreaming of hanging out with actual people in the mall or someplace nice?" Justine laughed at her joke.

I turned around and my eyes met Alyssa's and I could feel my cheek grow hot in embarrassment.

"What? No smart retort?" Justine exclaimed dramatically.

"No." I stated quietly.

"No what? No, you weren't daydreaming? No, you weren't wishing you have frien..." Justine didn't finished what she was supposed to say because Alyssa cut her off, "C'mon Jus, just leave Dennise alone."

I looked at Alyssa's direction and stared at her, she never called me Dennise, and she had always referred me as Justine's sister. And I guess Justine didn't noticed me staring at her best friend.

"Awww, Dude! You're such a kill joy." Justine grumbled, "C'mon, let's get outta here!" Jus said.

"But we just got here." Alyssa answered while pouting.

I bit my lip to hold in my moan of lust, seeing her pout makes me wet down there.

"yeah and I'm bored! There's nothing interesting here." Justine said as she leaned around me and snatched up the grilled cheese sandwich I had just made.

"Jus, I just made that!"

"so?"

I growled, "so... that's my lunch. Go get your own!" Jus simply grinned and took a huge bite out of my sandwich and that really pissed me. "go to hell!" I said, she always do that, I make food for myself and her taking it without permission and eating it.

Laughing victoriously, she walked out of the kitchen and she called Alyssa, "you coming Ly?"

"I'm gonna chill here a bit Jus. I'll catch up later." And from what Alyssa just said my eyes grew wide in surprise.

Jus stuck her head in the kitchen, "what? Why'd you wanna stay here?"

"Jus, I'm tired. I'll just watch some show on TV or maybe catch some sleep."

I frowned at this. She didn't sound like Alyssa. She doesn't stay here on our house kung wala si Justine, she's one of those who hate my presence.

"Geez! That's lame. But whatever. I'm going to see Edwin, I'll catch you later." (Edwin is Justine's on and off boyfriend.) And Jus took of slamming the front door behind her leaving me and Alyssa alone in the kitchen.

I hadn't been alone with her and just by the thought that I'm here with her and she's here with me makes me sweat like I just run a hundred mile.

"uhm.. Do you want me to make you a sandwich? I mean, I have to make another one since Justine took mine. So... if you want one, I-I can make one for you." I nervously said.

"Sure. I'd appreciate that." She replied with a full smile. GOD, her smile is so cute, she looks like a cat with all the dimples showing on her face.

Turning my back to her, I began to prepare two more sandwiches.

I was so engrossed with what I'm doing at the moment that I nearly had a heart attack when her voice suddenly sounded right behind me.
