I wanted to apologize about not updating at all in the past week because I had laptop issues and my phone broke too so I'm really sorry, hope it doesn't happen again.
Ivy’s eyes slowly opened because of her alarm, she got dressed and went downstairs and to her surprise, there was a plate of eggs already set on the table next to a glass of orange juice. Her father had already left for work. She sighed to herself; maybe he was finally taking fatherhood lessons. She shoveled the food and left for school with a lot of time to spare. Instead of taking the bus, she decided to walk. The wind stung her eyes and her phone felt heavy in her pocket. She thought about the quotes Charlie had given her and patted her pocket subconsciously. She was close to school when a car slowed down next to her. “Ivy!” Harry said, rolling down the window. She stopped and looked over at the sleek black car, a faint sound of music erupting from the stereo. “You need a ride?” he smiled at her, an arm resting on the now completely open window. “I’ m fine,” she replied, and thought his face dropped a bit at her response.
Just then Ivy noticed the weather, the cool breeze hit her skin and drops of water started to land on the ground. Harry noticed as well, she could see his smile from a mile away.
"You don't have much of a choice now," he said, a grin plastered on his face.
She rolled her eyes and got in his car.
Both stayed silent through the ride, despite Harry clearing his throat, hoping for something to happen. Never the less, his grin stayed.
"Ivy," he said, right after he had stopped close to the building.
He handed her a tattered copy of 'Snow White and The Seven Dwarves', "I want you to have this, I thought you might enjoy it."
She smiled.
"It was my Grandfather's, it's my favourite book, actually," he spoke, slightly embarrassed.
"I can't take this," she said, handing it back to him.
"It's alright, I've practically memorized all the words by now," he gave it back, "And it seems like something you would read," he got out of the car, and started walking away.
Ivy looked at the book once more, and smiled while making it to her first class.

Ivy was sitting alone at lunch, waiting for Charlie to come by as he'd asked her to do. But instead of him, Kate sat down in front of her.
"Have you seen Harry Styles anywhere," she asked, while a finger twirled around her golden hair.
"No," Ivy responded, shuffling her feet.
"Oh right," she laughed, "why would he talk to a whore like you?"
"Why would he talk to a whore like you?" Ivy snapped, "Is he your new prey?"
Kate rolled her eyes, "I don't even know why you'd be interested in a man whore like him."
"That doesn't stop you," Ivy snapped, Ivy smiled, slightly swallowing her rage. "What do you want from him anyway?"
"The same thing I want from Charlie everyday," Kate smirked, putting one hand on her slender waist before turning and walking away.
