I sat down on the stairs,keeping my ears up and turning in case the thing tried to sneak up on me.I got up after a few minutes and started walking up the stairwell again,my hand gliding along the rails.I sighed and my walking broke into a run.I wanted to Ger out of this stairwell as fast as I could.even though I knew I would never make it out.I stopped running and started jogging up.I looked back down the stairwell,and saw it's eyes.I gasped and ran up the stairwell,it wasn't chasing,it was just...watching me....I sighed,on the verge of tears.
