By the time intermission makes its entrance, I'm completely in awe of how talented this asshole is. His voice is nothing like Leslie's but he has the potential to take Aaron Burr's spot when Leslie leaves. Jesse's acting skills impress me more than anything. I'd love to know more about his techniques and maybe I'd be a lot more eager to ask if he didn't kiss me in the first five minutes we met-- knowing that he has a girlfriend, we'll at least I think he does -- Gia never really specified on that.
...She would love to hear about this one. Text her and let her know he had an amazing show. I groan and my subconscious giggles.

About 18 people have asked me which way the bathroom is and I'm thankful for the distraction...

11:06 PM
The roaring applause is deafening but I appreciate it even though it is isn't for me... Yet.

Getting people out of the theater is a lot harder than getting them to their proper seating areas. They all want an encore, a meet and greet but little do they know their chances of meeting the cast is slim to none. Because there are 20,000 other people that have been waiting for the same opportunity this audience was given, there will be a stampede by the stage door. I intend to be far away from it...

My section of the theater is spotless. The floor is shiny enough to lick and the red velveteen chairs look like they've never been sat in. I grab my fifth bottle of water and my stool and head back to the office to clock out. A couple ensemble members are in the lobby thanking us for our hard work tonight and I just smile. I never know what to say to them unless they're speaking directly to me so I just nod and keep it moving. You could just say, "you guys were amazing tonight and I am inspired", you dork.

The bittersweet feeling of clocking out has arrived and I'm praying that Jesse is stage dooring so I don't run into him.

I'm struggling to breathe as I walk out into the crowd. The train is so close but yet so far. There's nothing like summer in the city. I journey back to the L and make it home in no time.

Cairo is seated on the couch with a hard covered book named "Dorothy Must Die"... How fitting.

"Why must Dorothy die? Don't you think that's a little harsh?" I ask walking into our place. I'm really curious as to what Dorothy could've done to deserve such loathing.

"Oh honey it's so good. Everything is this bitches fault and they are not having it!" He so satisfyingly responds with a big smirk.

"Sounds intriguing." I giggle.

"How was work? I heard Jesse was on tonight."
Well how the hell did he know that?!

"You're a fucking wizard. I don't even want to know how you know that. I'm done for the night."

"Wait!!!! You're not gonna spew about how well work went tonight?"

"No, I need a shot, a joint, and a nap in that order. Goodnight, Cai."
