(Language Warning, I guess. There's quite a few curse words in here, if that kind of thing isn't ok with you. :) )
Youhid, watching the human as they travelled in Waterfall. They hadbegun speaking to Shyren, who was simply singing a tune. Theywhistled in return. "No... Shyren, don't trust them..." Youwhispered. You still weren't used to Sans's voice coming out of your mouth, but at least it was what you expected. Suddenly, and withoutwarning, the human raised its fist, the tough glove clearly equippedas they struck at her. You could hear Shyren's pained, desperate cries as the human hit her over and over again, literally poundingher to dust.
Youshrunk back in your hiding spot, your eyes wide in fear. Oh god...they were going to kill everyone. Everyone... You could feel adesperation and terror filling your soul. You were almost certain thereal Sans handled it better. How could he remain sane with this overand over and over...
Youjust cried. It was the first time you heard Sans sob, yet it wasn't Sans, it was you. You had to let a good cry out, and felt a couple wet tears drop onto the blue hoodie. You stood. You had to follow the human.
Youwalked after them- you had no clue of how to go about learning how to use Sans's powers. He had really neat magic, you knew that, but how would you learn it yourself? You only heard your steps as you trudgedon through Waterfall. That is, until you reached a room all too familiar to your eyes.
The room was one you remembered fondly- the one with the quiche and the puzzles with the bridge flowers. God, if only Papyrus happened to be here. He loved puzzles like these, right? If only...
You didn't know the younger skeleton, yet felt like he had been the world to you. You just decided that those were your "sans older brother"instincts kicking in. That's when you heard something.
"...hey..."
You almost felt your heart (er, soul?) leap out of your chest. You looked around "I-I can hurt you! Don't you dare get any nearer!"You hissed, staring around fearfully. Your eye grew bright enough tothe point that it dimly lit a large circle, about 3 yards in diameter, around you.
"relax, kid. it's me." You suddenly realized where that voice was coming from. Your head.
"A-Are you the real Sans?" You whispered. You could almost feel the nod from the actual skeleton. You paused. "Wait... I'm controlling your body, but you're here, too?" You mumbled. "yep. i'd askfor it back, but then there'd be nobody for you to walk with." You snickered a little before sighing.
"What about the human?" You asked timidly. You could sense the sudden silence, and how serious it felt that Sans was. It was almost frightening with how serious the monster was. You wanted to walkaway, but you knew you couldn't just walk away from something in your head- well, both of your head.
Hesighed, seemingly stifling his anger. "we'll follow them." You nodded, understanding completely. So, you continued on. Walking slowly onwards through Waterfall. Silence pierced the air for a while, until sans began to speak again.
"you know how this goes, right?" You nodded, "...Yep..." You mumbled. "well, that's sansational. this won't be nearly as hard as it's been before..." You just smiled, letting out a shallow chuckle. "How can you joke at atime like this?" You asked quietly. "Papyrus is dead... We could have saved him." Silence. "kiddo, none of this is your fault. you couldn't have done anything... you don't even know how to use my powers." You sighed, staring at your feet.
