I'll Be Right Back

Yuno's POV
I roll over and see Yuki passed out and breathing heavily. I give him a quick kiss on the cheek and get up to grab some food. I start up the stove and crack open 4 eggs into a bowl, pour some milk in and mix. Once all of it has blended I head over to the spin cabinet and open it up. I grab some pure vanilla extract and bring it over to the bowl. I open up the cap and put a few drops into the bowl, and then proceed to mix. I put a pot onto the stove, pour the eggs in and begin to push them around with a wooden spoon.

Ssssss ssss ssss! Sssss!

The eggs sizzle and steam up. Once they're all scrambled I divide them up evenly onto two plates. I walk back into the bedroom and open up a drawer. I grab the smallest tshirt and my pair of underwear from when Yuki got me. I walk into the bathroom to go wash my face and look down at my stomach. I smile and put my hand on it.

"I really hope you're here." I say. "I hope that it worked."

I put my underwear and shirt on, which, fits me perfectly, and head into the kitchen to make some toast. I put two pieces of bread in the toaster and push the button down, when something catches my eye.

"Is that... A record player?" I say running over to it. "Holy shit! That's amazing! Does Yuki have any records?" I say looking around. "Yes! Score!" I say, lifting up a Beatles record. I put it onto the record player and it begins to play. I fix the audio as "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" begins to play. I begin to dance around the kitchen while humming along with the song. I catch the toast right as it comes out of the toaster, butter it up and add some cinnamon and sugar onto both pieces. I put the pieces into the plates and bring one into the bedroom for Yuki.

"Hello beautiful," he says, opening his eyes.

"Hi darling! Here, I made breakfast. How about we go out for the day?" I say.

"Of course!" He says. "Where to?" He asks.

"I don't know, somewhere fun I guess. Somewhere like an arcade!" I say.

"Alright, I'm down!" He says.

"Sweet!" I say.

Later, at the arcade, Yuki's POV

"Are you shitting me?"

"No, I do not know how to play skee ball." Yuno says.

"Oh my god, it's so easy! All you do is take the ball-Hey!" I yell to Yuno, who has all of the balls in her arms, sitting at the top of the slope pushing all of the balls into the 10,000 point hole.
"Hey! You didn't let me finish!" I say, helping her down. "Watch." I take a ball and roll it up the slope, nailing it in the 5,000 point hole. "The goal is to get as many points as possible."

"Oh! Okay!" Yuno says. "I think I'm ready. Hand me a ball." She says all serious like. I hand her a ball. She rolls the ball up and scores a perfect 10,000.

"Holy crap!" I say. "You're a natural!"

"Thanks!" Yuno says

30 minutes later

Yuno and I are sitting down against a wall holding hands. She's talking about something but I'm not paying attention. She's just so beautiful, I can't help but only stare at her beautiful eyes.

"I need to go to the bathroom." She says, getting up.

"Okay," I say, letting go of her hand so she can go. "I'm just gonna stay in here, I might go play Dance Dance Revolution." I say.

"Okay! I love you, I'll be right back." She says pecking me on the cheek.

"Love you too." I say.

I'm starting to get worried. It's been an hour since Yuno went to the bathroom and she still hasn't come back. I walk over to the bathroom and ask the next woman who walks out.

"Excuse me, have you seen my girlfriend? She's about as tall as me, pink hair?"

"Nope, sorry." The woman says, walking off.

Another hour has passed, still no sign of Yuno. I call the police.

"Sir, what was the last thing your girlfriend said before going to the bathroom?" The policeman asks.

"'I'll be right back.'"
