Chocolate flapjack

I've got to say this is one of my favourite desserts. Make sure you eat it when hot and drizzle it in chocolate.

You will need:
100g spread for baking
50g soft brown sugar
100g self-raising flour
50g quick porridge oats
2 teaspoons cocoa

Method:
(Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and grease a shallow 11 x 7 inch tin.)

Cream the spread and sugar together until soft and then mix in the flour, oats and cocoa and mix very thoroughly. Press into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.

Once out of the oven, melt some chocolate of your chosen amount and drizzle it on top of the flapjack.

Cut into slices and eat while warm.
