Ella's POV*

As both of our teams start to write names for the scoreboard. Johann looks over to me. I give him a small smile and continue to talk to Melissa.

"Looks like Johann has a thing for you," she sing songs.

"Shut up," I say as I lightly punch her in the arm.

"C'mon Ella, admit it he likes you," Melissa responds.

"He doesn't Melissa," I roll my eyes.

"How do you know that? ¿Sabes que? Le voy a preguntar."

Melissa walks over to Johann and I suddenly start to panic. He looks at me for a while and smiles. As he talks to Melissa he nods and gets a wide smile on his face as she continues. Melissa didn't tell him that I like him right? She comes back and chuckles a little.

"Yup, Johann definitely likes you."

"You told him?"

"Mhm," Melissa replies with an evil smirk.

"What did you do?"

"I might've told him to ask you out on a date," she says grabbing a bowling ball.

"Meli!"

"¿Que? I did you favor," she winks.

"Did he say that he was going to ask me out?" I ask hoping she responds that Johann was actually going to ask me out.

"I don't know! He said he was going to think about it."

"Yoandri you suck at bowling!" I joke around.

"Do not! I got a strike!" Yoandri defends.

"Dude, even I got more than one strike!" I laugh.

"Yeah! You need to step up your game!" Angel adds.

We all laugh and head for our cars.

"What are you guys doing tonight?" Richard asks.

"I don't know, I'll probably stay in," I explain.

"How about you guys come to our party tonight at nine?"

"Yeah it's gonna be lit!" Johann adds.

"That'd be so awe-"

I cut off Marta.

"Uh we can't." I interrupt.

Parties weren't my thing, and every time the girls went to one they forced me to go with them. Then I would have to take them home since they got intoxicated.

"Are you sure?" Johann says rising one of his eyebrows.

"No she's not. Ella you said that you got some new clothes that you wanted to show off," Marta lies.

"Oh did I? Well then I guess I'll have to show them off another day."

"Nah you're coming. Yeah we can come to the party!" Nikki squeals.

"Great, I'll text Ella the address so she can tell you where it is!" Johann says as he gets inside his car.

"Uh I guess," I shrug. "Well bye guys! We'll see you later!"

We all say our goodbyes and leave the bowling alley. I drop off the girls and head to my apartment.

I enter my apartment and soon get a text from Johann.
