Chapter 3 - Taco Bell and Movie Marathons

Even though I was a little bit weirded out by the fact the Jacob slipped a note into my bracelet, Mia and I had a really fun time at the park

"Earth to Jessica" Mia said waving a hand in front of my face

"Sorry, zoned out" I said shaking my head

"Okay" Mia said smiling at me

"Whattttttt" I groaned looking at my sister

"Oh nothing" she said laughing

I glared at her and looked at my phone to see what time it was. It read 11:55

"I'm starving and if we want something to eat we better head back now" I said looking at Mia

Mia pulled out her phone and stared at it with wide eyes

"Shit. Let's go" she said picking up her board

I put my board on the ground and pushed off. With Mia right beside me, we made our way back home. Since we were both hungry we decided to take the short cut back home even though the longer way had better scenery

As we pulled into our driveway I saw my brother and his friends were outside

His friends kinda give me the creeps so I just  went straight to the garage while Mia was flirting with the older boys. I looked at her and started laughing at how pathetic she looked. She was 14 while the boys were 17 and wanted girls that would put out and Mia wasn't like that. She turned toward me and stuck her middle finger up. She said something to the guys and made her way over to me

After making kissy faces toward her and being chased around the house we finally settled down at the table waiting for Justin to get back with our food

The front door opened and Justin came barreling into the room with his posse behind him. In his hands he had Taco Bell

"Fooood" Mia yelled ripping the bag out of his hands

"Well damn" Justin said while laughing

Mia dug into the bag and pulled out my three Doritos tacos and Justin handed me a Dr. Pepper

"Thanks Booboo" I said digging into my tacos

"Yeah whatever" Mia said already eating her food

I looked at her face and couldn't help but start laughing. She had mild sauce all over her cheeks. I'm gonna be honest with you guys, she looked happier than a fat person getting free food. She looked at me weirdly which made me laugh even harder at her facial expressions

Once we were all finished we went into our theater room to have our annual Saturday movie marathon

After everyone fell asleep I didn't know what to do so I finally decided to text the Jacob kid

"I have absolutely no idea how you managed to do it, but damn that really was smooth"

I guess you could say I was pretty proud of my wordplay
