Amari POV
I woke up nd I looked at my phone it was jontavian blowing up my stuff I called him .
Amari: Hello
Jontavion :where are you
Amari :home I was just taking a nap
Jontavion : I'm coming over there right now ok
Amari : ok
I ended the call . I wonder what he has to tell me so I just went down stairs and started watching tv till he got there .
I heard somebody knock on the Door, it was jontavian so I opened it and he was standing out of breath looking like he was gonna cry then he started asking me questions have I been feeling sick and stuff and I was like why are you asking me this?
Jontavion POV
I'm asking you this because I didn't use protection nd I think your pregnant . There's no way I could be pregnant I thought you used protection Amari said . No I didn't use protection Amari I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to go down this way I promise . I'm finna go to the store and get a pregnancy, test ok . She just looked clueless standing in the door way as I pulled out the driveway . I sped of down the road to the nearest Walgreens. I walked into the store and walked to the back to find the pregnancy tests and I grabbed a box and walked to the front. There was a old lady about in her 60's at the counter and she said wow what a lucky young man you are she smiled while saying it. I said yeah but that was not the answer I wanted to say. I grabbed the bag and walked to my car and drove off to Amari's house once again.
Amari's POV
I was in my house sitting on the couch tapping my foot and bitting my nails because that's what I do when I'm nervous. The words that came out of Jontavions mouth kept repeating in my mind. Like I didn't feel sick and I haven't been eating alot... well I mean I don't think I have. If my mom finds out she would kick me out the house and never talk to me again. My thoughts where interrupted by a knock on the door. I went to open the door and there stood a worried Jontavion. I let him in and he told me to go to the bathroom and pee on the stick. I went into the bathroom and took one of the sticks out and I read the directions. The stick looked weird and I didn't know what to do so I peed on the narrow looking stick and it said I should set it somewhere and wait for 10 to 15 minutes. I walked out and he jumped up and said what did it say? He looked really nervous and I put my hand on his face and I knew that calmed him down because his nerves stopped popping out and he breathed in out. I told him it takes about 15 minutes and he layed back on the couch.
15 minutes later.....
I got up and went to the bathroom and I looked at the stick and my heart dropped and I picked it up and said god whatever this says I hope it doesn't affect my future and I know you picked this for me. I turned the stick around and I looked at it and I fell to the floor in tears and I threw the stick on the ground and I layed there for about 10 minutes until jontavian came and asked me am I ok? I said Jontavion... I am pregnant. He looked at me and walked out I got up and followed him and he walked to his car I stopped him and said so you are just gonna leave me? Look Amari I am gonna take care of my kid and I will always love you but I need some time to myself. After those words he drove off and left me standing there thinking how am I gonna tell the most important person in my life... my mom.
