A couple of day pass and I've noticed that I've been gaining some weight, can't let that happen. Nash is at his girlfriend's house and Mariah is out with friends. I decide to take a jog down to the gym.
My mom calls and checks in.
"Hey pumpkin how you feeling,is everything good with you and Mariah, how's nash" - mom
" Hey mom, I'm out jogging but everything's good Mariah doing good, she's out with friends right now and Nash is hanging with his girlfriend, how's grandma doing"-Cameron
" Don't say anything Cameron, but I'll be glad when her old ass die to, I mean I know it's her husband but damn shut up and stop crying, let me shut up lol that's kinda mean"-mom
While I'm on the phone with my mom I see Ciara run by.
"Hey mom ima call you back ok"- Cameron
"Hey Ciara wait up"-Cameron
She turns around, giving me a look as if she didn't know who I was was.
"Hey it's me, the boy who helped you with your books"- Cameron
"Oh yea hi, umm what's your name again"- ciara
"Its cameron"-Cameron
"Oh yea hey, well um I have to go"-Ciara
"Wait were you going maybe we can hang out"-Cameron
"Well I was on my way to the Hollywood sign I guess you can join if you want"- Ciara
We started on our trip. I asked her how old she was. She told me 18. I was glad. She legal. She's a senior in high school. That's ok with me.
"So um are you following me or something, I mean I never seem to notice you but you sure do notice me what's up"-Ciara
"Well I mean your cute and you seem like a cool person, so are you from LA"- Cameron
"No I actually just moved here, I'm from Altlanta"-Ciara
Ciara was pretty chill we made it up to the Hollywood sign. She told me how it's hard making friends because she's new to the area, I told her I would be her friend.on our way back we went to a Starbucks. She didn't know what to get so I ordered for her. My mom called again.
"Cameron why'd you hang up on me I was complaining to you about your grandmother" -mom
"Sorry mom I ran into a friend"- Cameron
"A friend, Mhm who is she what's her name"-mom
"Mom I gotta go"," Sorry, that was my mom, my grandfather passed away a few days ago so I'm taking care of my sister for a while, while she takes care of my grandmother"-Cameron
"Oh I'm sorry to here that"-Ciara
We spend the rest of the day talking about life, and just hanging out.
"Its getting late I should go but I had a great time with you"- Ciara
"Yea me to maybe we could hang out some other time, if that's fine with you"- Cameron
"Yea that's fine here's my number"-Ciara
Ciara leaves and I head back home.
Today was a good day.
"Well young man where have you been, it's 7:25 and you don't even have a shirt on, where were you and who were you with"- Mariah
"None of your business and I went for a jog, Nash isn't back yet?"- Cameron
"Nope still at his low budget sugar mamas house"- Mariah
