Chapter 1: Introduction
I am new in the UK and hardly know anyone as I have moved from US where I was born. I have taken admission in a college here.
As I enter the college gate I had this feeling, funny feeling like I had when I first went to school. It didn't go well for me then.
I straight away go to the principal's office to get my lockernumber and my class info.
"Hello Ms. Carson, here is your locker number" principal's PA says to me.
"Thank you, but.." my sentences are cut by a loud voice which comes from principal's office.
"Aren't you causing enough trouble in my life?!" I see a beautiful blond girl coming out and banging the door behind her.
I am shocked. How can anyone talk like that to the principal? Is she out of her mind?
Suddenly the woman standing in front calls the girl.." Ms.bridgit?"
"Yes?"she replies in her calm voice
"Could you please show your new class mate her locker and her class?" PA asks her
"Sure , come with me" she looks at me ," So, you new around here?"
"yeah" I reply nervously
"Got any friends? " she smiles and ask.
"Nope, not yet" I say biting my lower lip.
"Hi , I am brigit warner" she greets me.
"I am Aviana carson, nice to meet you " I shake hand with her.
"May I ask you something?" I ask a little cautiously.
"Sure" she smiles.
"umm..why were you screaming at aaa.. " I am interrupted.
"Principal?" she completes my sentence.
"yeah" I scratch my head like an idiot.
"Well, he is my dad .Step dad , though"
she says with a grin. "He is always interfering in my personal life, I don't like it"
we were talking and talking.
"ohh, heres your locker and we have a English lecture after this, so see you in the class, yeah?" she nod and left.
