Ok before I start the book I got this idea for " The Longest Ride " it's a movie. I'm not going to say anything. Hope you like it.
Annabeth POV
I was in my room studying for finals that was coming up and I was going to New York so I can't have anything to distract me. Till my friend came in and said that we are going to the rodeo. I said" I couldn't go and you only want to go because of the cute riders. " " Hurtful but true. You could find someone. Come on please. " " Fine I will go but I'm not going to wear those boots. " I ended up wearing them anyway. We got there and got some bears. We are league to drink. We find our seats and the persons that speaks said " Percy Jackson is next on SweetPee the bull. " SweetPee started to jump around in the cage. It took him a couple of minutes before he went out and the bull started to kick and everything. He lasted the eight seconds they have to last and he jumped off. But the bull started to go for him and he came to where we were and jumped on the rail. His hat fell off his head and then he started to walk away. I grabbed it and said " Hey you dropped your hat. " " Keep it. It looks good on you. " so I keep it. And as I walked back I put the hat on.

So my friends and I went to the dance hall after the rodeo. They got drinks bit I didn't. But my best friend did ,Piper , she got more then one. And so now I bet you she is close to drunk. So I went out side and then I hear a voice say " I have a hat just like that."
I turn my head and look at the bull rider Percy I think. " Oh. Sorry do you want it back?" " No. No. Keep it. It does look better on you then me. " he said " What's your name I didn't get it?" He asked again. " Annabeth. Annabeth Chase." " That is a very pretty name. " he said " Thank you. Percy. Right ?" " Yea. So I was wondering if you would like to hang out some time?" " Sure. Here's my number ." We exchanged numbers and then Piper came out drunk. " I should get her home. Sorry Percy. " " No. No it's ok. " " See you later. "

After a few weeks I haven't called Percy at all. I feel bad but I'm about to move to New York in a couple of months. But all of my friends have wanted me to call him , but I said no.
----------- That Night -------------
I was done with all of my work, and I needed me time. So , I went to the bar.
I sat at a empty seat at the bar , and got a beer. I was also wearing the hat Percy gave me. When all of a sudden I hear
" You know I had that hat before I gave it to a very pretty girl." And I look to my right and saw him. Percy Jackson the bull rider. " Hey. Percy. I have been meaning -" " It's ok. I understand. Collage. I get it. " " Wait how did you know I was in college ?" I said " Because you wearing a collage jacket that goes to the collage that's a couple miles away from here and you look stressed. " was his response " Oh. We're you looking at my body. ?" I joke with him. " Um. No. I-I- yea. " he said rubbing the back of his neck. " It's ok. I don't mind. But ." I retorted " Don't you have a girlfriend ?" I asked. All he did was look down in embarrassment and then looked up again and said " No. Do you have a boyfriend ?" " No. I don't. Last one I had was in high school , but then he dumped me for another girl. I really didn't care. " I said and when I told him that my ex dumped me he looked kind of mad. " Are you ok Percy ? You look mad or something. " I ask and he just nods that he is ok. " So what beer are you drinking Annabeth?" He asked " I'm drinking blue moon. Why?" I ask. Then all I know is that he's ordering two more beers. Then after those are gone we both get fireball. Percy finished his first and I was still trying to drink mine. Finally I finished it. Then we just talked for a bit. Till I saw a photo booth and piled Percy to the photo booth. We took weird, silly, cute pictures . I though this was going good. But then he put his thumb and pointer finger on my chin and moved my face to face his. And I had to bend down because I was sitting on his lap and we kissed. This night just turned from good to great. It sounded so cliché but oh well. When we pulled away we just look at each other.
Hey guys sorry it's been so long. I have been trying to make this book great and all that good stuff. Plus I have been having test and I mean a lot of test at school and I hadn't had time to write the book or one shorts.
