Kayleigh walked over to me, her golden hair shining in the poor lighting.
It was first period, and we were science partners.
"Are you okay?" She asked, hazel eyes shining in concern.
"ETHAN!" Gray screamed.
Kayleigh pushed me out of the way, talking the bullet straight to her chest.
"NO!"
"Yeah."
"I'm okay."
She nods, a small smile laced on her face.
"Okay."

"Oh my god, did you see Jack in gym today. He needs to fuck me right here and now." Aaron told me at lunch.
I drop my pizza on the plastic tray.
He smirks, his face turning a bright red.
"Aaron.." I hiss.
He breaks out into laughter and I follow.
Jess breaks from her daydream and begins to ask what had just happened.
"It's nothing." I tell her, and begin laughing again.
Ethan and Grayson slam their trays down, they had all sorts of toppings layered on their pizza.
"Whoa."
"Oh trust me, I will eat this."
I smile, taking a bite out of the leftover dinner.
A loud laugh echoes through the cafeteria and I turn to look at the one and only Victoria.
Her lilac hair shimmers in the sunlight and she has Nate Gardner's arm wrapped tightly around her waist.
I roll my eyes, turning back to the twins as they mow down their large pizza.
"Get a napkin." Jack called, sitting down next to us.
They continued, letting the grease and olives slide down their face.

Madison slammed down next to me, her doll in hand.
"Who are you texting?" She asked, her head on my shoulder.
I pull it away from her sight.
"Is it a boy?"
"No! Now get out!" I snarled.
"No!"
I place it down, and begin tickling her sides.
"S-Stop!" She called.
"Nope!" I smile, running my fingers up and down her sides.
"N-No!"
I let go, letting her grab the doll and sprint out of the room.
"Close the door!" I call after her.
It was left open and I sigh, lying back down on the plush mattress.
Ethan🌚: "why are u not responding"
Me: "sorry, sibling issues"
Ethan: "I know how you feel"
Me: 😂😂

The phone vibrates again, this time on the dinner table.
Ethan🌚: "I need advice.."
I look up at my mother, who was scrolling though emails on her IPad.
Me: "what's up?"
Ethan🌚: "what should I wear to the party this weekend?"
He sends two photos, one of him in a black shirt and jeans, the other of him with a blue beanie, white shirt and jeans.
Me: "they are basically the same"
Ethan🌚: "the shirts changed"
Me: "I like the one with the beanie"
Ethan🌚: "k"
"Kayleigh! Stop texting and eat your rice."

I apply the cherry red lipstick on and watch Jess do the same.
"So, our first senior party of the new year."
I smiled, fixing my dress.
"It's not the new year yet."
"Still."
She danced around in a circle, whooping.
It was a two days after break and Tori invited the entire grade to her house for this party.
"Gray told me that he has a surprise in store for me after this party."
"Don't risk it. Wrap your biscuit."
She laughs, slapping her hand on my arm.
I follow her as we laugh in the bathroom, scaring Lavender.
A horn beeps outside the window and I look.
Ethan was in the front seat, waving at us.
I grab my phone, texting him.
"Come on!" Jessica snarled, pulling on her 5 inch heels.
"If you fall, I won't help you!" I call after her.
