Chapter one

~Germany's POV~

'He hugged me tightly and whispers in my ear 'I love you.''

Oh mein gott this book is wonderbar! Yes it is girly as my brother, Prussia says but I don't care. This book has a plot that makes you want to continue reading and the characters are inspiring. Well except Robert, he can go die in a hole.

"BRUDER!!!!! WHERE ARE JOU?!?! TIME TO PARTY HARDY COME ON!!!" Oh Prussia's party......yes that.

"Here I am Bruder. No need to yell." I set the book back in its place and walk towards my brother.

"Were jou reading those girly books again." Prussia gives me that smirk he always has....ugh I hate that expression.

"Nien, Those books aren't girly!!!" I sternly yell back at him.

"Oh ja those books aren't girly there just research right?" Was that sarcasm? Did he say research? He sees my confusion and walks towards the bookshelf and grabs a book. The title of said book was 'Give me Hope' the story was about a mental patient falling for a doctor. I have read it about a total of 34 times. The death of Vicki was sad, I wish there was a sequel. He opens the book and dramatically puts his hand to his forehead and leans towards the wall. (fake book i think.....no yea fake book)

"But s-sir I can't love you, you're my doctor and I'm your patient...t-this can't happen-KSESESESESESESESESSESES!!!!!" He started rolling on the ground holding his stomach. I started walking out of the room.

"Vha....nien vait bruder I have a question." I stopped and looked back at him. He stood up and walked towards me.

"Do you by any chance image yourself and a certain (H/C) maid in these books?" I could feel my ears getting warm and well all of my face. Oh mein gott bitte tell me he isn't talking about that....beautiful, gorgeous maid. He smirks....oh gott NIEN NIEN NIEN.

"KESESESESESES IT'S TRUE KSESESESESE!!!" He's back on the ground. My face was hotter that the sun and all of the stars in the sky combined. I mean she is a beautiful young lady but I don't know how to talk to her. The worst thing about the situation was that I'm a prince (soon to be king) and she is a maid. Oh sweet, lovely (Y/N) why were you not born with a title. Something like....Princess (Y/N) or.... Queen (Y/N) Beilschmidt. My face...why must you do this.

"Bruder your face tells me everything-KESESESESESESESESES." He is still on the ground choking on his laughter. That laughter.....THAT LAUGHTER. One of these days-the door opens and interrupts my thoughts. Standing there is a very confused (gorgeous) maid.

"K-king Prussia, Prince Germany-"

"King Gilbert und Prince Ludwig, it sounds better that vay liebe ;)" He...just...did that. OH HELL NAH!! She...blushes?!?! NIEN!! Don't blush and smile adorable at him NIEN!!

"O-ok King Gilbert I was sent here to retrieve both of you for your party my king. Your guest have been waiting." She bows down and waits for my bruder to talk.

"Alright let's go. Oh (Y/N) have I ever told jou the story of how I defeated a furious barbarian...vith my bare hands." Nien....this can't be happening. We all walk out of my library and into the hallway that leads to the ball room. My brother continues to tell his story and (Y/N) looks totally into.

"-Und jou know vhat, after that there has been no attacks from barbarians." He puts his hand around her and holds her close. He looks back at me and gives me that SMIRK. OH HOW I HATE THAT SMIRK NOW!!!

"Stay in my territory no barbarians here ;)" My anger can't be explained. How...dare he.....Once we are alone I will crush him with all my might. Ja, Ja he is mien bruder but still. We finally reach the ballroom and Gilbert stops. He fixes his robes and plays with his hair.

"Hey, Liebe do I look good or do I look gooooood?" I will hurt him. SHE BLUSHES AND NODS?!?!?!?! NIEN!! Does she....have feelings for mein bruder. Prussia grabs her chin and looks at me. Is he...NIEN BRUDER DON'T YOU DARE!!
