Jada's Pov
Goodbye California, Goodbye beach, Goodbye everything I know and love.
My mom got a new job I Virginia so looks like I'm stuck with her. I have to leave my friends and my softball teammates. Most importantly have to leave my best friend, Zoey. MY LIFE SUCKS!
Jada and Zoey's text messages one month earlier
Zoey: Hey girl wyd can u sleepover 2 nite?
Jada: ummm.... about that
Zoey: What's up?
Jada: Sorry this is a bad way to tell you, meet me at the park in 10 min.
Zoey: K
Later at the park, Jada's POV
I was face to face with Zoey and I had to tell my BFF that I was moving. " Ummm Zoey" I started. "Yeah" she responded quickly. " I'm moving, to Virginia" Her jaw fell to her feet, and she started bawling her eyes out. I gave her the biggest hug ever. Neither of us wanted me to leave, but I had to face the fact.
Zoey's POV
My BEST FRIEND just told me she was moving. I had no other option but to cry. She couldn't sleepoverthat night because she had to pack. I was beyond devistated.
Jada's POV (Present Tense)
I am so sad. I know I'll never find anyone else like Zoey in Virginia. I can't get on this plane but what other choice do I have?
