Bright blue eyes sighed as the blonde boy enthusiasticly made his way around the stage as if he owned it. His four best friends singing in tune to the music playing in the background.

All around her were young girls, like herself a mere four years ago, screaming in hopes to get noticed by the five men on the stage before them.

She'd had enough, it hurt for her to watch him be happy and enjoy life with his new best friends. She felt as if she weren't good enough for his friendship, that she was easily replaceable. And it sucked even more for her, because she knew she was being selfish. All she really wanted was for him to give a reason for his ignoring her. Whether it was simply because he just didn't want to be around her, she would be okay with whatever answer she recieved.

Although, she did get her answers later that night while sat in a McDonalds booth picking at a chicken nugget.

"I still don't get why you do that. It's like you think there's going to be something hidden under the batter."

The 20 year old girls bright blue eyes looked up at him, like a deer caught in headlights. He had his hands stuffed deep into the front pockets of his jeans. A nervous smile on his face.

"Well, you never know."

She watched as the blonde boy sat himself opposite her in the booth and they caught up on the past four years.

She watched as the blonde boys eyes teared up slightly when she asked him why he had been ignoring her ever since he left to audition.

She watched as the blonde boy laughed loudly at a story about her knocking over a stand full of watermelons, which she didn't actually find that hilarious.

Bright blue eyes watched as the blonde boy promised that they would catch up soon, and as they both swapped phone numbers and exchanged hugs.
