I sped down the street to get to my house. Sure enough, Vanessa's dad's company had finished the mansion. It was 2 meters away from my house, barely giving me any privacy. I saw Vanessa, pointing and commanding her servants inside. "Vanessa!!!!!!" I yelled.

She turned and gave me an angry look. She made her hands brush the air, letting the servants know they were excused. She looked at me with fiery eyes. She began walking down her steps. A minute later she was down. "What is it Jacques? Came to apologize no doubt." She closed her eyes and waited. "Well?!" she opened them.

I, raising my eyebrows, shook my head. "This is called intruding! You can't build your mansion here! I didn't give permission!" I pointed at the mansion, towering over mine.

My servants, now looking at the new building made a huge commotion. "Why is this thing here?" asked one. "Who knows, probably another snobby rich kid." Another replied.

I stared at her furiously. "See?! Nobody approves of this! Get your dad to remove this building off my property!"

She made a rude gesture, waving her hands over her mouth. "YAWN. Yeah, ahuh. Let's get this straight right now. I paid you, no? I got an official building company to build my new mansion, am I right? And the house is exactly 2 meters away from yours. I think it's pretty reasonable!" she smiled and snapped her fingers once. There were good reasons, but there was that same last flaw.

"True you got and did all those, BUT, you didn't get permission from the owner of the property; me." I smiled and cocked my head.

"ACTUALLY, you're not the owner anymore." She snapped her fingers, and a servant came rushing with a piece of paper. "Ahem, I, the government of Canada, give the Calloi family the property of Dals. The previous owner may get to stay or leave, and forever hold their peace." She smirked and put the piece of paper back to the servant. "Doesn't look like your holding your peace."

I had no words to say. Since my aunty and uncle had made the money for me to live in the mansion and have 17 servants, I didn't know what to say to them.

"Since I'm a kind a generous person; you may stay in your little puny mansion, and remain living like you use to." She spun on her heels, and walked back through her door.

The servants had gotten quiet, the sky had now turned dark, and the street lights flickered on. I looked around, the servants were now aware I was spectating them. "What are you looking at? Nothing to watch here! Move it!" all of the servants ran back into the mansion. I looked back, looking if Vanessa cares about this situation. Her; being herself, was ordering the servants around. She pointed in different directions, nonstop. She glanced at me for a second, and turned the other direction. I sneered at the window. I went back to my own mansion, fuming about this problem. "Cookies! ASAP! My room and not a minute later! " I stormed up to my room and slammed the door. Nobody cares, and my parents aren't here. They never will be. I flopped onto my bed and thought about this. 'Well, my aunty and uncle are rarely ever seen, and I've been given permission to live my lousy life.'

A knock was heard on my door. "Master Jacques? Your cookies are here. " the servant waited and opened the door. She set down the plate of new cookies.

"What are these?" I inquired moving my head to the plate.

"Oh, well, these are new cookies, made from a new recipe, from Vanessa." She replied warily. I squinted. The cookies did smell great. 'One won't hurt...' I reached for one, and chomped down on it. Cinnamon. Cinnamon? Cinnamon!!! I spat out the cookies and wiped my mouth. The spice stung my tongue; I kept spitting, and wiping my tongue, until the taste was weakened. "Is she trying to kill me?! Cinnamon is like poison to me." I put the rest of the cookie back onto the plate. "Please get me other cookies, and make sure they don't have cinnamon in them." I pushed the plate further to the opposite direction of me.
