"Will you tell me what kind of sickness, mom?" "Honey, you have cancer." My mom said to me almost falling of the couch because of how much she was crying. "I have what...?" I said in a shocked voice. "Honey please don't make me say it again." "I won't mom, I just can't believe it." After that whole fiasco, I found out that I have lung cancer. It is was really hard for me to take that all in, so my mom let me stay home. The whole day I didn't move off my bed at all, because all I was thinking about is that I am dying and wondering how this happened to me.
