It was cold winter afternoon in Colorado, Maddie was snuggled up in her blanket reading over her notes for the exam next Wednesday.
"UGH." She groaned throwing the notes down onto the floor and grabbing her cellphone out of her pocket. Maddie's roommate slammed herself into the room, causing her to jump and sit up straight. "Goddammit Shelby, I told you not to do that anymore!"
She rolled her eyes, pulling out her iPhone and opening up one the many dating applications and showing her new boy toy of the week. "Look Maddie! He's so cute!" Maddie nodded her head barely looking up, from her phone.
"Bitch are you listening!?" Shelby said with a giggle in her tone.
Maddie nodded again.
"Shelby, do you understand anything we're doing in Psychology 101?" Shelby cocked her head.
"What do you need help with?" Maddie sigh.
"Literally every-fucking-thing dude." Shelby picked up the spare papers from the floor.
"Okay, show where you're struggling at the most." Maddie waved her hand over the paper.
"When I said every-fucking-thing, I meant everything." Maddie chuckled.
... 4 hours later ...
Maddie had passed out and Shelby was out with her new Tinder boy for the night. The morning had came very quickly.
BEEP BEEP, the alarm started screeching and buzzing.
"UGHHHHH" Maddie groaned before jumped out bed and got ready for first period. She put her makeup and did her hair very nicely and down as usual.
Again the usual; a blink-182 sweater some leggings and her beat up fully black vans, before grabbing her bag and everything and going to class.

The brunette unlocked her phone to have 4 new text messages from Tyler who was in her first period, almost the same message, "hurry up" and "get your ass here" etc.
She chuckled putting her headphones and making her way to class.
