I was lost in time. I felt adrift in a new world with no way to return to where I once belonged. I wanted to escape and leave behind this place I thought was full of tragedy and misery.

Yet, you showed me otherwise.

Stars fade. Their bright blue and serene warmth eventually give way to a deep red, piercing cold, and an ominous darkness. They disappear without leaving a trace, not even a single spark. I never found stars interesting until you told me stories—stories I didn't believe until you revealed their sincerity to me.

Stars may fade, but I disagree. Not all stars die. The only stars with eternal brilliance are in your eyes. Their deep brown and warmth draw me in every time you look at me. Your gentle gaze reflects a quiet love and a hint of mystery. They won't die; they will never die.

I thought I had found a new beginning, a fresh start filled with dreams and hope. But just as I began to see the light, life turned bitter, stripping that hope away. It's almost laughable—now they want my head.

I don't know what awaits me tomorrow. Now, as the darkness looms closer, I can't help but wish for more time. Just a little more time to be with you, to hold your hand, to whisper secrets under the stars. I'm terrified of what's to come, of the cruel fate they have decided for me. I want to scream, to fight against the chains that bind me to this fate I did not choose. I want to break free, to run to you, to tell you everything.

I was lost, but you found me, and I fear being lost from your arms again. I'm willing to be lost in time if it means I can look at the stars with you forever.

If I can only have one wish...

Carter, if I become a star, look for me in the vast night sky. Whisper those words to me, and I promise, I will shine with all the light I have to give.
