We were finally alone and he didn't know how to keep his hands to himself but I didn't mind I was in the moment until we heard banging on the door that's when Nick told me to go out the back door and pull his truck to the front so he can jump in. As I'm running out the back I hear the front door break down and gun shots.

I ran outside and realized I forgot the keys. Shit! What am I going to do? I'm going to have to sneak back in and get the keys. I ran quietly to the back door and checked the knob which I luckily left unlocked. I peeked inside and saw I was all clear. I tiptoed back to his bedroom and got the keys off the dresser but before I could leave I heard someone coming towards to bedroom and rolled under the bed.

He began talking to himself saying he know he heard something back here.

I'm like damn with his super ninja hearing ass. He began checking everywhere when finally he got to the bed but before he could check he heard gun shots and ran out. I was just hoping Nick was okay. After hearing more gun shots I rolled from under the bed and came face to face with Nick and he didn't look happy at all.

“Didn't I tell you to leave and get the car. Why didn't you listen? You're so fucking stupid. Get your shit and come on.”

I ran and got my things while silently crying. He had never talked to me like that. I was so hurt but more so surprised. I mean he never talked to me like that. He was always sweet. Who is this new Nick because I need the old one back. After I grabbed my things I followed him to his truck. Once he began driving I saw that he kept looking at me but I didn’t turn my head from the window I was still upset that he talked to me the way he did.

“Look baby I’m sorry for the way I acted back there. It’s just that I was scared. They could have killed you and it would have been all my fault.” He starts to tear up. “And babe I can’t, I just can’t live without you.” “Ney do you forgive me?”

Sniffs… “Yes… Nick I forgive you. It’s just that you’ve never talked to me like that and I was hurt. I only came back to come and get the keys because you forgot to give them to me. Let’s just forget about it okay. No more crying.”

“Ok. How about we go somewhere tonight babe. Just me and you, I’ll drop you home and you can go get fresh and find something fancy to wear with them heels I like then I’ll come pick you up at 7 tonight. What you say about that?”

“Baby you so good to me. I love you so much.”

“I love you too.”

I reached over to turn the radio and my favorite song crooked smile was playing and I sung along to the radio until Nick dropped me home.

I finally updated guys. I’m sorry it’s so late but my parent’s divorce (which is not over yet) was taking a toll on me. But I’m in college so I’ll be updating every week or week and a half. Leave ideas on what you want for the next chapter, I’ll update faster.
