I'm Avery I'm 13 years old and like every preteen I have a crush. Although unfortunately I have been friends I think with this guy. His name is Conner and here is... our?... short story.
Conner and I both love acting and singing so we were both in a musical called " Oliver Twist ". Anyway we sort of had to become somewhat friends. Since Conner's mom could not take Conner to rehearsal for Oliver all of the time, so my dad and I would pick Conner up at his house and take him with us to rehearsal. Also I guess Conner's mom and my dad are kind of friends, because my dad is in the band and plays percussion and Conner's mom is also in the band and plays the saxophone for the community theater's band.
So Conner and I had built up that friendship but then... I started thinking of him as more than just a theater friend. Once I had thought about it, he was everything I had ever wanted in a friend and somehow more.
