Avery's awful love life

Chapter 6

                         It didn't really "sink in" to my brain what had just happened until the next day. Which luckily for me was a Sunday and I didn't have to do anything. So I was just laid in my bed crying and feeling miserable day. Once it was Monday I was in my math class eighth period and this girl named Blair who has math class with me. Came up to me and asked if I was friends with Conner and I nervously said "Yeah why". Then she asked if I had went to see Aladdin Jr and I of course was a little confused but I said "yeah my friend and I went to see it on Saturday". After I said that she said that her best friend Emma played "Jasmine" in the show.... and I just stared. She then asked me if I was okay because I was just staring.

                        Then I thought and said since Rick (Conner's best friend) was in that math class too I said Blair you need to date Rick and she looked at me like I was crazy. Well then I told her since Conner and Emma were dating (which I entirely stupidly just assumed since they kissed) then Blair and Rick should date because Blair and Emma were best friends and Conner and Rick were best friends. If they all dated it would be like the unstoppable couple of couples. I honestly didn't know why I kept suggesting that they should date. Well I kept doing it all through out math then it was time to leave so I went to my locker and I grabbed all my stuff.

                        Then went to go wait on my bus but as I walked passed Conner who was still getting stuff out of his locker. I stopped... to talk (Which was a dumb idea). Once I had started talking to him I was so "proud" of myself because I was talking him and I wasn't having a panic attack. Well anyway we were talking and our friend brain who was also in the band well his locker is  is like right next to Conner's. Well Brian was listening to our conversation and he said something to me as I walked away and I thought that he said something else so I turned around and yelled-ish to him. Then Conner said after that " I love how you just turned around and yelled at him" then he laughed. I don't know exactly why but just that one little sentence put me in  great mood. Then I saw him in the band room when I was with Zayle and we had one of our short minute or two conversations.
