New Years in the Closet. Literally

JJ's POV

"JJ, you ready?" Jack yelled to me, picking up his keys.

"Yep." I smiled.

"I'm gonna pick up Madison before we get there if that's alright."

No, it's not alright. "Yeah, sure." I put on a fake smile. Great. Now I'm going to have to sit in the back while Madison is up there being slutty and shit.

We walk out to the car and I get in the backseat. "Yo, wanna get in the front passenger seat until we get to Madison's house?"

No, I'd rather not contaminate my feet with her sluttyness on her driveway. "I'm ok, I don't want to get out and then get back in again." I fake laugh.

He seemed to buy it, considering he laughed with me. "Alright lazy pants, whatever." He started driving. When we got to her house, I put my earbuds in and blasted music, listening to Shawn Mendes. I was playing games to distract myself from Jack and Madison. I guess I got so distracted that I didn't realize we were at Nash and Cameron's house already, so Jack had to open my door and tap my shoulder.

"Bro, we're here." He laughed. I put my phone in my pocket and he held the car door for me. "After you, my lady." He said to me jokingly and laughed, then closed the door after I walked out.

I gave him a joking mean look and went to the front door, alone because Jack and Madison decided to have a little make out session. I rang the doorbell and Nash answered.

"Hey Johnson! Welcome!" Nash smiled and let me in. I smiled and said hey back. "Where's Gilinsky?" He asked as he closed the door.

"Making out with Madison." I said disgusted.

"Oh." He said sympathetically. "How are you taking it?"

"I think I'm doing ok, but my feelings for him have only gotten stronger now that they're always together." I said. He's the only one that knows about my feelings for Jack. Actually, he's the only one that knows I'm gay period. No one else knows, other than my parents I guess, but they've always known. They told me when I officially came out to them, since I loved wearing flowercrowns and playing with dolls. Not to mention the pink barbie bed cover I wanted when I was 9 and eventually got for Christmas. It was pretty obvious.

"You'll get through it, I promise." He smiled and patted my back. The doorbell rang and Nash went to answer it. I turned around to see Madison and Jack.

"Hey Gilinsky!" Nash says excitedly. "Madison." He nods with a fake smile. I feel like every smile and laugh with directed at her is fake, and we all know it.

I get up to go talk to Shawn. "Hey Muffin Boy! How's it going?"

He smiled at the nickname. "I'm doing alright J, how 'bout you?"

"Eh, I've been better. How are things with Taylor?"

"Amazing." He smiled. "I love him so much. We went to the zoo a few days ago and saw some adorable little lion cubs, it was pretty fun. So... Has anyone caught your eye yet?" He smirked.

I blushed. "No."

"You're lying! There is someone, isn't there?!" He practically yelled. Everyone looked up, and my face turned a brighter shade of red.

"No, now be quiet."

"I'll get it out of you eventually, JJ. I will."

"Well you can't if there isn't anyone."

"But there is."

"Ugh, no there isn't!" I said, getting annoyed.

"Whatever. There is, but I'll get it out of you later." He smiled. Jack came over with the slut and sat with us. I blushed more and Shawn gave me a look as if to say it's him, isn't it??? I gave him a look back, saying it was. Shawn nodded, and turned to Jack. Thank god, but also curse him, that Jack was kissing Madison while Shawn and I were exchanging looks.
