" But he left last summer how could he be back" I told her. But the inside of me screaming " yes, yes, yes" I can finally see him.
" Leonie, he left two years ago" she said with a weird expression on her face.
"What do you mean it was two months ago"
" Leo, its two years. When last have you checked your calendar"Ann said.
I grabbed my side bag form over the chair, place it around my shoulder and looked at my best friend one more time.
"Well, if this is true I have to go home and get dress" I said
" yes, maybe he will come over tonight" Ann exclaimed.
" yea, maybe... Well, see u later Ann"I said removing my self from the chair, leaving a tip for my coffee.
Jamie's POV****
I sat in my car looking out the window seeing every one staring. And wondered why? Is it because the rich boy is in town or they never say a car before.
I rolled down the window on my side of the car to grasp some air but only to see Ann staring at me. I wanted to stop and greet her but the same time my phone rang.
" Hello this is Jamie Huggins" I greeted the person on the other end of the line
" Son, where are you ? You ought to be here now. How are you going to take over my business if your late?"his dad questioned.
" Dad its OK I'm right around the corner. I'll be there in ... Five minutes " I mutter looking at my risk watch.
" OK be quick" he said and hang the line up.
Well I guest meeting my best friend will have to waited he said in His mind
