Chapter 5

Raven's Pov

Right as we walk in a nurse comes in "oo you must be the visitors" "yep"we reply in unison "what are all the injuries she has" I squint at the name tag "shay?" She sighs "ok her whole body is covered in scars and bruises, she has a broken leg, both of her wrists are sprained, and a really big cut on her stomach but the worst part is she actually hit her head so hard on the tar that she is now in a coma and the doctors don't know when she will wake" she said sadly while a tear rolled down her cheek. "Oo and do you guys now why there are some other deep cuts on her some look old and some look new?" Shay asked with her eyes furrowed together. "Maybe they are from the crash?" I say "But the doctor said they can't be from the crash because they are so old" Shay said confused "Sorry I have no clue how she got them" I said faking confusion. "That's ok the doctor just told me to ask anyone that knows her" She said as she walked out the door she was almost full out crying. "That reminds me why are random people looking at this door and crying?" I asked Rez confused "No clue but its kind of kind of them and creepy" Rez says "Ya it was starting to creep me out to" I say as I look at Crystal and almost break down. She has so many tubes and wires connected to her it's unbelievable. A tear escaped before I could stop it. I look over at Rez and she to had a tear escape. We both wiped it away and walked up to Crystal slowly. I go over to the left side of the bed and Rez stays at the right and we both grab onto Crystals hands that are rough from the cuts and scrapes. "Please be alright we don't want to have one less in our group, our groups perfect" I say very sadly with tears rushing down my face. Some odd reason I feel like a piece of me is getting torn out and not in a good way. "We are not going to leave this spot until you wake up we promise" Rez said to her like she was perfectly awake. "Ya me to" I said very truly "I'm going to go and call mom and tell her what happened to Crystal" I said wiping the tears off of my face while walking into the door. "damn that one hurt" I said while rubbing my nose and opening the door all the way so I don't hit it again. I walked to the side of the door and grabbed my iPhone 5. I scrolled down to mine and Rez's mom (Michelle is mine and Rez's mom because when Rez was 7 she was kicked out of her house by her mom Angela and my mom adopted Rez so we are kind of like sisters in a way) and clicked it. On the first ring she answered "Hay honey where are you the school called saying you ran out the door where are you at?" she asked kindly because she has a lot of trust in me but still had the slight worry in her voice. "Umm me and Rez are at the st. Springs hospital an-" I tried to say but mom cut me off. "WHAT HAPPENED ARE YOU HURT OR IS REZ HURT" my mom said almost yelling so I had to hold it away from my ear it was so loud! "Calm down mom me and Rez are not hurt"I said trying to calm her down. "Then why are you at the hospital?" My mom said very confused. "Ok don't freak out but Crystal got in an accident and sh-" dang it she cut me off again. "I'll be there in 30 min stay there and i will bring some clothes for you guys by love you" then she hung up. "Damn it she never listens to the whole story" I mumble to no one at all while I go back into the room. "What did mom say" Rez asked without looking up from Crystal's lifeless body. "She didn't let me finish my story so she is coming here in a half an hour with some clothes" I said furrowing my eye brows in frustration because she didn't listen to the whole story. "Sound like mom, she always jumps to conclusions on everything" Rez said cracking a little smile but still the sadness was there. I went over to the same chair I say in a little whole ago. I grabbed Crystals hand and laid my head on it. I whispered a prayer saying just to keep Crystal alive and make her better with all of my heart while tears ran down my face like a river. About 20 min later of in and out of conciseness the door slammed wide open and reveled the last person I wanted to see right now. ___________######____________ Please comment and vote if you like it at all!!!!!!
