Ravens pov

I shot up from the ground sweating and panting for air. "What the hell" I said quietly, wiping the sweat off my face with the back of my hand.

"It can't be real, that was just a dream" I told my self quietly.

Rezs pov

same day

"What the hell" I heard a person say quietly. I groan and roll over to see Raven sitting up sweating and panting like crazy. "What happened?" I asked quietly to not startle or wake anyone up.

"Nothing ummm.... It was a bad dream" she said like it just popped into her head.

"Okay" I said thinking she was hiding something but letting it go because she will tell me sooner or later. "You want a bottle of water?" I asked

"Yes" she said a little sleepily.

I went to my mom's bag and dug around until I found a water bottle. I brought it back to Raven and she drank the whole thing in 30 seconds flat.

"Must have been a really bad dream" I muttered so low she can't here.

"Thank you" she said

"Your welcome" I said and once she hit the pillow she was out cold.

I got up and went over to Crystal. She still looks lifeless but she looked frustrated to with her eye brows furrowed. I walked over to my blankets and grabbed my iPhone5 on the ground that fell out of my pocket when I was sleeping. I unlocked it and it said it was 10:37 pm. I went to contacts and scrolled down to Cole while walking to the bathroom so no one can here.

He answered on the first ring, typical Cole. "Hay Rez why aren't you and Raven here?" He asked cheery and slightly confused.

"Hay Cole ummm..... Don't freak out or anything but,... Crystal is in the hospital and in a coma" I said slowly so the information can sink in for him.

"WHAT?!!!" He screamed so loud that I almost dropped my phone.

"Dude calm down raven, my mom and I are right next to her" I said trying to calm him down, ya that didn't work!

"CALM DOWN, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CALM FOWN WHEN ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE IN A COMA!" He practically screamed so I had to hold the phone away from my ear.

"Dude it was an accident she was on her motorcycle and she and a old dodge 1500 ram went right at each other and she lost. Besides I only called to tell you all of us won't be down there for a while at least until Crystal wakes up" I said

He sighed "Thomas and I are coming sometime tomorrow weather you like it or not. Okay see you then, bye" he said sounding sad then hung up before I could say bye.

All of a sudden I heard groans I open the door to see Raven on her hands and knees. She is biting her lip with blood running down her chin and her hand clenched so hard that the nails were digging into the flesh and drawing out blood. She has tears going down her cheeks and her eyes show pure agony.

I run over to her and see that her back is glowing.

"What the hell" I mumble confused. "Raven what is going on?!!!" I said so she could only here.

"I don't know, It hurts! It feels like fire" she chocked out full out crying but still quite enough so mom won't wake up.

"What can I do?" I ask franticly.

"Make it stop!" she said

I run into the bathroom and wet a towel. I run back to Raven and see she is on her stomach with her arm covering her face and is still crying soft.

I put it on her back and I could see her relax just a little.

All of a sudden the glowing stopped and she died down on the crying to not crying at all.

"Thank you" she said breathlessly, going into a sitting position.

"Yep" I said but, confused still on why her back was glowing.

I went to the bathroom again and grabbed some towels and running them under the faucet making them wet.

I went back to her and handed the 2 wet towels to her for her lip, hands and her sweating and tear stained face.

"Why was your back glowing?" I asked her just as she got done wiping the last of the blood off of her lip and hands.

"I have no clue" she said going on her stomach and putting the towels on her back.

I sat down right next to her face "There has to be a reason why your back just glowed" I said trying to think of an idea but none came to mind.

"I have no clu-wait!" Her eyes lit up like she just figured it out.

"What?! What?!" I say, curiosity killing me.

"Ummm.... Don't freak out but I might have powers" she said uneasy.

"Nice joke Raven but its killing me why was your back glowing?" I said trying to figure it out.

"Rez would I ever lie to you in this bad of time" she said

"No but people can't have powers and besides how would you know they if they were powers?" I say.

"When I woke up and said I had a bad dream earlier I was dreaming about a replica of me telling me I have powers but she didn't say what powers I am going to have or how to use them" she said. I new she was hiding something!

"This is completely weird" I say "can I see your back?"I asked

"Sure just don't touch it, it still burns a little" she said

I remove the towels and lift up her shirt to see that there are tattoos of a black ravens wings. Now this shit is getting weirder by the minute!
